Set in the city of Tokyo, Japan. The world ended after the explosion of a Chemical Plant alongside a virus, leaving the remaining survivors of Tokyo to retreat to an underground base, governed by the Prime Minister of Tokyo, the outside world inhabitable to them.
Young Kimura Hiro, a victim of the incident (Black Storm), wakes up blind in an underground base, along with a group of kids quarantined in the same room away from the rest civilians. "The fresh air, extremely glorious" Mizuki said in ecstacy relaxing under the shade, hands behind his back. This was totally better than be underground. The smell of the water, the air was everything!

Before him were the rest of the beach view and the rest of the bio-genetics, just the boys.

Hiro swim out of the water, shaking his head, the water droplets coming off his hair. That long swim was needed!

He took a deep of relief with a smile against his lips. Its been a while since he did stuff like this, the cool water against his skin was almost a dream to him.

"Hey Daiki how long are you gonna dip in the water!" Ryu hissed with white eyes pulling him out, but he was far too stubborn to agree.

"But it feels so good" he said in anime tears, it was just too nice a feeling and he wanted to stay forever if need be.

They has spent a long time digging and roasting under the sun, the water was a nice change.
