Nezu's Suspicions

Izaya walked up to Nezu, who was currently with All Might and Aizawa.

"You needed me?" He asked.

All three of them stared at Izaya seriously.

"Yes, I would like to talk to you in my office when we get back to the school." Nezu said.

The students and teachers had arrived back at UA. Izaya had been called over to Nezu once again, who was with only All Might this time as Aizawa had gone with the other teachers and students.

Izaya currently followed All Might and Nezu towards the principal's office

"Come inside Izaya. We have a lot to talk about." Nezu said. Once Izaya entered, he closed his door and locked it.

In the room, there are only three people, Izaya, Nezu, and All Might

"So, Izaya, there are many questions that I want to ask about but first, how can you manipulate fire, didn't you have telekinesis" Nezu asked

"It's just like my lightning, I compress my telekinetic energy rather than vibrating to create fire" Izaya didn't say any reason to hide this from Nezu, considering how smart Nezu is, he would have found out about it anyways.

"It does make sense, honestly I am surprised that you can create a fire attack of that scale"

"My energy output was always higher than other telekinetic users."

"It was clear from the entrance exams. Then Izaya, would you mind telling me the amount of weight you could lift with your telekinesis" Nezu asked in a serious tone

"It would be around the weight of three cars"

Truthfully Izaya could lift way more weight than just three cars but he can't tell them that he could lift the whole mountain where UA stands, either no one would believe him or he would be seen as a threat.

"Three cars huh, it's very strong for a young kid"

Nezu then took out a file and put it on his table

"This is your file, according to it you telekinesis as a quirk, but you actually managed to use telekinesis in different ways like producing fire and lightning, I would like you to tell us about your unique uses or abilities for the school record"

'or you could make a perfect countermeasure against me if I were to turn into a villain' Izaya thought.

Izaya knew what Nezu was thinking, he didn't even have to use his telepathy for it as he knew his personality but he decides to be ignorant.

"For now it's just lightning and fire" Izaya answered

"are you not able to create ice" Nezu asked

"No sir"

"Why, you could stop the water particles in the air to make them freeze"

Nezu was confused here, he knew Izaya is smart, smart enough to figure out himself so why can't he use Ice.

'Unless he is lying of course' Nezu thought.

"Well, that requires an absurdly high level of precision, and as of now, I am unable to do that" Izaya said.

Izaya actually had an atomic level precision and he could actually create Ice, but if he were to tell this to Nezu then that would put him more on guard.

Despite his intelligence, Nezu never thought of having a high precision to create Ice by telekinesis as he himself didn't have telekinesis and very little information on it.

"I see" Nezu sighed "Then let's change the topics, can you tell us the information you received from fighting the villains.

"That creature that I defeated...that blue-haired boy named Tomura said it was made to specifically kill you." Izaya said while pointing at All Might who had been silent all this time.

"It also had two quirks from what I know of. Shock Absorption and Super Regeneration. A possible third could be its abnormal strength, but that's all I could think of. If you ask me it seems like it had those specific quirks just to defeat you." Izaya said, shocking Nezu and All Might.

Izaya didn't saw any need to hide this fact from them, they would know about the nomu sooner or later by the police, Nezu probably wanted to test the boy by asking this.

"Wait for a second...How do you know that boy's name, and how were you able to defeat it if it had Shock Absorption and Super Regeneration?" All Might asked.

He had known that the creature had an extremely fast regeneration speed because he had seen it regrow its limbs but he didn't know about its shock absorption.

"That creature had Shock absorption, not heat absorption," Izaya said

"Izaya you mentioned one of the attacker's name. Do you have any other information on them?" Nezu asked Izaya.

"Well, they spoke to each other with their names and I was able to easily hear it. The misty dude with the warp gate quirk is named Kurogiri if I'm not mistaken, and the other guy Tomura just like I mentioned."

"Thank you so much Izaya. The information you gave us today will definitely be helpful. Now you can ask for any request and I'll accept it if it's within my power." Nezu said sincerely.

"Thanks for your sincerity, but I don't have any request"

"If you need anything you can contact me, thanks for your time Izaya, you may return to your class" Nezu said

Izaya got up from his seat and left the room, leaving behind Nezu and All Might alone in the room.

As soon as Izaya left All Might transformed into his skeletal figure with a puff of smoke.

"So what do you think of him" Nezu asked All Might

"I think he will be a great hero, he has everything he needs to be one" All Might said

"That's not what I am asking Toshinori, do you think he could be a traitor"

"WHAT!" All Might said in surprise.

"What do you mean traitor"

All Might had an idea where this conversation is going and he hoped that he is wrong but in the end, he wasn't

"A villain group managed to infiltrate UA, they also removed all communications and they knew exactly where you will be with the students, how do you think they knew that if not for someone among the staff or students telling them"

As UA's principal Nezu knew everything about UA's security and he is confident that normal villains can't infiltrate his school unless the information was given to them by an inside man.

"But why, why would he even save them if he were to be the traitor"

That was what every normal person would think. The villains clearly had the intentions to kill the students, why would Izaya saved them if he is working with villains

"Maybe because he wanted to earn our favor and wanted us to trust him, this is also one of the reasons why I asked him if he had any request then I would accept it."

"But didn't the villains said that they wanted to kill me" All Might said

Every student and the teacher present in the USJ heard Tomura shouting and saying that they will kill All Might. The villains made their motive quite clear at that time.

"That could have been an act, their real intentions could have been making Izaya more trustworthy to us so that they could use us through him"

All Might and Nezu both care for this school and its students but what sets All Might and Nezu apart is that he didn't trust everyone like All Might, he did want to protect his students but he doesn't have blind trust in them, he would surely be suspicious of them if it needs to.

"Why are you so sure that Izaya is the traitor" All Might asked

It was something anyone would ask, why did Nezu think that Izaya is the traitor, it could have been anyone, some other student, a staff member, or someone else working in UA.

"There are two reasons" Nezu said "First, the leader of the attack was a man-child, he started throwing a tantrum when that monster was defeated, it is highly possible that the someone else planned the attack entirely or the man was simply acting"

Nezu explained to All Might who was listening to him without saying anything, Nezu looked towards him and said

"The second reason is, he could use fire and lightning with telekinesis, I know he said that he could use his telekinetic energy into this way but I can't help but feel that he have three quirks"

"You don't mean to say..."

All Might's eyes widened, he knew what nezu is stating here, having three quirks is impossible, there's only one way to get it and that would be through All for One.

"Yeah, Izaya might we working with All for One" Nezu said in a serious tone.

"No, I refuse to believe that" All Might said

"Listen Toshinori.."

Nezu tried to say something but before he could speak All Might transformed and looked towards Nezu with his big smile, he didn't mean to threaten Nezu, neither did he looked Intimidating but more majestic, he then opened his mouth and spoke.

"I swear on my life that none of my students can be traitors"

All Might have absolute trust in his students, he never wants to think that his students are villains, and if one of them really is then he would gladly give up on his life as an atonement that he failed to stop a young child to follow the path of villainy.

Upon seeing this Nezu just sighed and said

"I know how you feel All Might, I also want Izaya to not be with the villains but we can't be too sure"

After hearing Nezu, All Might's smile wavered for a bit, he knew what Nezu is saying is the truth, and he wished that what Nezu is claiming is false.
