Chapter 54: Friend or Foe

“Shall we go in and discuss this like civilised people or are we going to stand here in the sun and behave like barbarians?”

Without waiting for an answer, he snapped his chubby fingers. Instantly, the man on his left lifted him from the rock and placed him on the ground without breaking a sweat. Now they had the full extent of his height: They were like giants next to him. Even Tanya at five eight towered over him, and she was the smallest among the men, who in turn were standing head and shoulders above her.

They followed the bobbing fountain of hair as he marched comically in front of them. One of his guards was in front, leading the way, the other at the rear; Greg followed her, causing Dirk to move further back.
