I'm a moving Computer, aren't I?

I'm A CYBORG!!!

I'm no longer the ordinary and insignificant Matt Damon!

I am Matt Damon, A PlaneNet Variant, A Cyborg!!

That bold thought slowly integrated into my mind and it felt like the barrier between my mind and my body.

Previously, I was like PC user but now I am the PC!

...

I was walking slowly down the mountain while arranging the information in my head.

When I reached the part about my body, it's functions and abilities, I paused.

Of course, one of my skills was also enhanced thinking speed but...never mind

I was pretty fast but I was lacking in strength, durability, energy level and elemental affinity.

...

This world is called Celtic Galaxy. It was a place fraught with danger. Here, there were mages and mages could convert their world's energy into Mana that could be used to cast a lot of spells.

But a mage can only a spell if he has enough Mana to create the spell and if his affinity towards the element was strong enough.

There were also warriors, warriors trained their body and used weapons but this didn't mean they were weaker than mages. Infact, an Ordinary Rank D warrior is as strong as a Mid Rank D mage.

As for how powerful that was, you'll understand soon.

As for what I am, I'm a Cyborg!

I tried to conjure fire but all that came out was smoke.

Huh...I think I just burnt my insides.

I tried again but this time specifically aimed it at my palm.

The result?....not bad...just a wisp...smaller than candlelight.

I kept trying and trying only able to achieve the same result.

I tried using lightning but this time, it was worse.

As the strand of lightening flowed through my body, I became stiff.

[Body suffering from electric shock]

[Body absorbing electrical energy]

[5 Energy gained]

[Stiff status broken]

Did I just absorb lightning?!

I imagined myself bathed in lightning and crazily absorbing it into my body.

Then I remembered going stiff and hurriedly deleted the crazy imagination.

****

I finally got down from the mountain after an hour. In front of me was a thick forest known as the Rocky forest, Home of the Rocky Beasts.

Well, the information PlaneNet gave me stopped there. I had no idea how to reach the town.

Actually, I just had keep moving forward but my body was just a piece of scrap metal, I could not afford to get hurt.

I needed safe routes!

I replayed the aerial view of the forest in my brain but I could not discover any nearby safe routes.

Yeah, I said nearby.

There was a paved road on the west side but was a large number of Rocky Beasts on the way.

Should I just keep moving forward and try to evade the gazes of the beasts or just charge in at full speed?

I was considering all possible solutions then I heard a growl beside me.

[Enemy detected!]

[Rocky Beast: Gore identified]

[Gore launching attack]

[Attack type: punch]

[Punch arriving in 2.0*1.9*1.8...]

[Analyzing attack pattern... analyzed]

[Defense plan formulated]

[Attack plan formulated]

[Punch arriving in 1.1*1.0*0.9...]

My brain quickly identified the Gore's attack pattern and formulated a counterattack plan.

A Gore was like a bunch of rocks piled upon each other in the shape of a man.

To kill it, I needed to break the heart; a piece of red Rock that acted as a balance, the moment it is removed....

I simply moved away from it's line of sight and a long sword appeared in my hand.

Enraged, it stomped the ground creating a minor quake but that was enough to use as a propelling force. I jumped instantly and aimed a kick at it's head.

It head-butted my leg...or tried to, as expected.

Stepping lightly on his head, I stabbed the tiny gap between his head and neck

What were you thinking? I should stab him in the chest. That was the toughest part of his body!

His heart was right in his head and to save myself the trouble of cracking his head, I simply cut the cord connecting his head and the rest of the body together!

Crack!

It's head shattered and the other parts of his fell apart.

[Gore killed]

[Scanning environment....no enemy detected]

Phew!

I picked up a shiny red Stone from among the debris.

[Gore core identified]

[Contains valuable energy... Energy level: Rank D]

I just killed a Rank D beast?!

It was so easy!

Well, for me anyway...

If it was another person, even if they knew how to kill it, it would take a lot of time and effort.

I placed the core near my heart...Core actually, my Energy Core...

It opened and sucked in the core.

[Refining... Absorbing.... Absorbed]

[Core strength increased by 1]

[Energy: 100/110]

Wow!

Even my energy increased!

Then I felt a refreshing feeling course through my metal veins.

[Absorbing Gore's life force...absorbed]

[Strength level increased... Current strength: 40]

All of a sudden, I felt like this forest was heaven.

If killing this one beast could increase my strength to this level, then imagine killing multiple...

But my fucking brain began to calculate the danger and devised that the monsters on the west side were more easier to kill than those in the other parts of the forest .

Grudgingly, I ran to the west constantly scanning my environment.

After a few minutes of running...

[Scanning... Large number of Rocky Beasts detected within 200 meters]

[Estimated number of beasts: 257]

Fuck my calculations!
