For the two of them their slave crest is different colors. Adela's moon on her crest is a dark blue with the scythes being blood red. Celeste had a pure white moon with pitch black scythes on her. After they made their first breakthrough of their level limit their crest started to glow and both of them gained a skill catered to what they have been doing in training. Although the name of Celeste's skill sounds funny and she got embarrassed when I first found out about it. Her skill was called [Nya Gong Fu]. When I first saw it I burst out into laughter because that skill sounded like a ripped off version of Kung Fu if cats did it.
However when I first saw it in action it was similar to the way she would fight with her [Claw Fighting] skill but more refined and even more agile than before. That style of fighting seemed to focus solely on using speed as its main go to for fighting but it wasn't the only thing it relied on. It also relied on reaction speed well beyond what she was capable of before. This along with her high detection skill can be a deadly combo when hunting someone or something down. The main thing that changed with her training everyday on the day I announced that we were going to the tournament is that she started sparring with Dan everyday instead of Adela. Maybe because Dan is much more experienced with unarmed combat and helped her learn some useful things in her training.
Adela on the other hand gained a fighting style that involves fighting with two giant axes at once. Yet somehow she is able to keep up with the speed of someone like Elaine while wielding them. These axes weren't some sub par crap either they were forged with fire and earth dragon scales by Malkin and enchanted to hold more power with increased weight. However, that was a big factor in her fighting style. With every bit of increased weight or pressure on her she would move faster and get stronger. You would think the opposite would have a detrimental effect on her but no it just reduces her to a normalized state. I guess that can be bad for her if any of my subordinates wielded gravity magic and could fight her at normal strength.
Once Celeste left to start sparring with Dan everyday instead of her, Adela went dungeon diving with barely any rest, and would always show up at home just before dinner in tatters, and have scratches all over her. Yet she is always perfectly fine by dinner time. It may have something to do with the bathhouse or the fact that she doesn't have to worry about clothes or food. From what the dungeon core has told me she has managed to solo up to floor 18 by herself and that the core purposefully put monsters with gravity magic on each of those floors. She loves to show her sadistic side whenever one of my subordinates dive into her dungeon.
Back to now though I decided to finally announce the first fight of the tournament and surprise everyone again with a new golem I made that logic says shouldn't work.
"The first matchup will be Sicarius vs a newcomer in the clan and the first of its kind. Phantom the Specter Golem!" Sicarius came down to the center of the arena and stood there waiting while everyone else was looking around for Phantom when she was there the whole time. She decided to make a grand appearance by making a whirlwind of purple and black mana surrounding herself. After it disappeared she was revealed. Phantom had purple hair going down to her back and halfway covering her face. Purple eyes, an ample bosom, she was around Elaine's height, and wore a pure black bodysuit made for combat. Even while she was just standing there she was surrounded by black particles and dense mana.
The crazy thing about her is, when I attempted to make a mirror golem using Sicarius as a base she came to being instead. This fight however will probably be the most difficult one Sicarius has ever faced. Before Phantom spoke up she took a look at everyone because not even the mirror golems knew about her. Most of them looked at her with eyes of expectation and wanting to fight while a select few just looked at her without much reaction. She saw that as her time to speak up.
"Hello everyone of the Nightmare Clan. I am the newest member, Phantom. I would like to thank Master Nemesis for giving me this opportunity and I look forward to being a part of it from now on. I would also like to thank Sicarius as well for helping the lord figure out what type of fighting style I should go for." When she finished her statement she licked her lips while staring intensely at Sicarius. This made him receive a cold shiver up his spine but he did his best to not let anyone notice and of course nobody did except for two people. I forgot that other than me being first on her list, Sicarius is second. Also she has sincere respect and loyalty to me but no feelings of love for me. Instead it went towards a certain someone in front of her. I'm not a damn sadist I swear, I just enjoy watching people react to unbelievable and unprecedented situations.
I went up to the spectator area to take my seat and gave the signal for them to fight so I could watch as the match unfolds. The very moment I gave the signal both of them disappeared from sight of everyone except me, Al'Dae, Elaine, and Dan. I'm honestly surprised that Dan can see them. Black fog encased the entire arena and the two of them were at the center of it. While Phantom's fighting style is similar to Sicarius' , the biggest difference is that she took bits and pieces from mine and incorporated them into it. Also she wields a katana and a dagger. One would think that she would use the two of them separately while she was fighting but she was including both of them in her attacks as she barrarded Sicarius with attacks from all sides. He hasn't had a scratch on him yet but all he could do at the moment was defend so he was pinned down by her. The very moment Sicarius saw an opportunity he took it and counterattacked her with one of his skills that slashed her across and knocked her to the other end of the arena while simultaneously breaking the fog.
