Shot into space with two others, Ernon finds himself in a faraway galaxy, where humans still rule the earth, but the whole Galaxy is at war. He later discovers that him and his colleagues are no longer in their own universe. He had travelled to another universe, which wasn't possible, was it?

His whole life's at risk. Will he return alive?

It's a new objective now. To get back home. How will they do it?

The Intercosmic War

Ernon woke up. He knew that it was a hopsital. He recognised the nostalgic smell of antiseptic. It was a foul bitter smell. It brought back bad memories. He looked around and saw that he was changed into a hospital gown. There was a curtain covering him from all four sides. The seeped through the window, blinding him. Ernon tried to close the curtain, but his arms ached.


Ernon was horrified to see tiny holes from darts covered up by plasters. The sight gave him terrifying flashbacks. His hands shaked and he shivered. He knew the moment will always be with him, at the back of his mind forever. Everything seemed peaceful and quiet until he heard a groan and then a piercing scream of pain. He heard a door slide open and he heard three or four footsteps running towards a hospital bed near him.


A curtain opened up and a nurse was standing on the other side. "Good morning, Ernon" she said. "You are free to go in a few hours after your discharged" she said, smiling. Ernon smiled and nodded. "Thank you" he said, but his voice was hoarse. "Oh, and this came for you while you were sleeping" the nurse said, putting the clipboard on his lap.


Ernon knew what it was. It was the scores from his Cosmic test. He knew that the tension wasn't good when he wasn't in good contition. But the nurse obviously didn't know. He took a deep breathe and took the clipboard. The nurse frowned when she saw how strangely the boy was acting. But she didn't give it much thought since she had other patients to take care of.


But she left Ernon alone, never the less, to take care of other patients. Meanwhile, Ernon read the front. It was information about the ISA and the Cosmic test and how it was done. The last line stated:


'Turn over for an overview of your 3 tests and the overall score of your Tier 1 training' 


Ernon turned over the sheet. He clenched his teeth, his hand didn't want to move, but the urge to know what he achieved overpowered him. The sheet read:
