Over population

In most big urban centres there are more people than the houses available there.This leads to congestion as many people end up renting one house.Due to this reason people get enough time to plan on criminal activities such as theft sexual abuse among others.So there need for the urban management to construct more houses as possible to create room for the massive living there and the future generation to come
