Cassandra has no other option than to be a surrogate for the prince and princess of Andalusia. Little does she know that the prince is no knight in shining armour.

Against the storm

"Emelia, Emelia please open the door," I called out to Emelia. 


"Go away Cass, I just want to be alone," Emelia yelled back from her room. 


"I know you are hurt by what queen Clara said but please just open the door and let's talk," I said then heard the door click open, Emelia stood there her eyes were red from crying, I walked in and pulled her into a hug. 


"I'm sorry for what queen Clara said to you, she is a mean woman." 


"She's just so mean, it's not like I don't want to have my children," Emelia says still crying. 


"It's okay, look on the bright side in some months you'll have your child, though I know it's not the normal way but who cares and I tell you, you are a very lucky woman the stress of pregnancy is a lot with the morning sickness, aching breasts, nausea, you can't even eat what you like. "I groaned and Emelia chuckled. 


"Thank you so much, Cass, for everything, you are doing me a huge favor, thank you, thank you, thank you. "
