6 Am ; Wakes up, brushes teeths and go eats breakfast.

7 Am ; Fitness training while practicing movement technics.

12 Am ; dinner and rest

14 Pm ; Follow Ji Yanran to her classes

10 Pm to 4 Am ; Train in whatever Ji Yanran learned
