Chapter 4: The plan

Liara said, "Madara, do you think you can sneak those people out at night?" She pointed in the direction of a wooden cage near the eastern side of the box canyon.

He looked at the goblin camp while activating his Sharingan. He said, "It will be difficult to do so safely if those beasts are as you described, my goddess." He bowed his head unsure if he could do so safely.

The Samurai said, "So, you can't do it? Typical for a cowardly thief." It was obvious that he looked down on Shinobi and saw them as cowards.

She said trying to stop his mocking, "Hmm, if what I read is true, they have the sense of smell of a dog. What if we use something like Skunkweed or mud to mask our scent?" She moved to put a curled finger on her lips as was her thinking habit.

She added, "I'm not strong enough to be considered as a goddess and if I looked at both of our pasts, you would be more like a god like than me." She knew very well that without counting the system, she was a normal human. So, she never thought she was otherwise.

The two knelt before saying, "Master is too humble," The two were completely loyal to her and chose to call her master instead of goddess. Madara said, "Master, it maybe possible to use that method but, I have a plan that might work. The Samurai attract the goblins out while, I rescue the humans there."

The Samurai said, "That won't work, there are more of them than us. We will be overwhelmed." He was concerned about his brothers and fesibility of protecting their master.

She said, "How about hit and run tactics? They have to patrol the area right. So, we attack the patrols and lower the amount of goblins?"

Madara said, "It sounds like a good plan master but, will those people be alright until, we can save them? I dislike to disappoint you but, this plan may not work."

She looked at the terrain and asked, "If you can use earth style techniques, I think I may know of a way..."
