On my silent day, I miss you a little louder.
When death takes my hand, I will hold you with the other and promised to find you in every lifetime.

Tarsa ran along the empty corridor, as her heart thumped wildly upon seeing what was happening in the front yard through the huge window that was installed at one side of the wall.
There, Tarsa could see, a fully armed military was ready to go into a battle, once the main gate was being torn down, while the opposite party was as calm as the frozen river, yet it gave the one who saw them goosebumps.
There was unexplainable determination in those members of Duvessa's eyes.
Even from the first time when Tarsa met them, she always had this weird feeling about the members of Duvessa. Their coldness somehow scared her, even though those people treated them well when they went to the headquarters of the Duvessa.
As if, only by looking into their eyes, they could see straight to your soul, which Tarsa would believe if someone said it was right.
The power that they held alone was unexplainable. It couldn't be comprehended by science.
Tarsa bit her lips when her legs moved faster. This was such an odd feeling to be able to run like this without being out of breath.
If this was in another situation, Tarsa would enjoy this, the feeling of running and moving her legs as fast as she could be surreal for her, yet this was not the time for that.
Tarsa needed to find her parents and asked them about what they would do regarding this situation, because as she could see this was nothing trivial that they could brush off.
Moreover, her parents had done this for her, thus she didn't want to close her eyes and be ignorant.
Tarsa moved even faster when she heard the first gunshot that was being fired and followed a hundred others.
When she was running, she glanced over and saw the battle had begun. White smoke in the air and the ear-splitting sound of the main gate that was being torn down echoed in the chilly night.
If it was any other human, they would have died by now from being rained by the bullets of the military weapons, but that was not the case for the members of the Duvessa.
After the gunshot died down and the thick white smoke settled, those people didn't even get a single scratch from the bullets, since the projectiles stopped mid-air and fell helplessly to the ground simultaneously.
At this rate, there was nothing that could stop those members from Duvessa from entering the building.
Tarsa pulled her attention away from that scene and focused on running toward her father's office. She just needed to run down one more floor.
In her haste, she didn't even realize that it was very quiet. She met no one on her way down, though before there were a lot of people gathered in the president's office along with the general.
Once she reached the floor where the office was placed, she stopped running and clutched her chest. There was a weird feeling that she felt right now.
Her heart ached.
However, this was not an attack like she used to have. This was totally different.
This unexplainable feeling made Tarsa walk cautiously, as her heartbeat so fast, until she could hear it. What is this? Will she collapse again? At times like this? Yet, aside from her strange feeling, she felt totally fine, her sight was sharp and she could move steadily.
The closer she got to the office, the more intense her heart was beating. Maybe this was very absurd, but Tarsa felt as if she longed for something… or someone…
==============
Russel hid his wife behind his back when he saw his figure.
This man was exactly the same as the last time he saw him at one of the important events that were attended by Kairi Xierra.
The way he looked at other people as if they weren't worth his attention. He was extremely cold and only talked when it was necessary, but mostly he didn't talk. This was one of the traits that many protectors had, aside from their overprotective nature.
And now those eyes were glaring at him, with killing intent that he didn't bother to hide, as the signature wind sword in his hand.
He came to kill him for overstepping their Kairi. The Kairi that he tended to protect.
"Do you want to kill us?" Claire asked from behind her husband's back. They pushed the emergency button, but no one came to their rescue from these crazy protectors.
Damon didn't answer that measly question, as his eyes had shown them clearly what he wanted.
"You can't do this to us!" Claire declared, she squared her shoulders, despite her trembling body. "Does Kairi Ariana know about this? The Duvessa asks for responsibility from us, not our life!"
Even though they were in a critical situation, but Claire was still sharp. She knew that Damon acted on his own without Kairi's approval.
"If you do something, you will only make the situation worse." Russel gathered his guts to look back into Damon's eyes and when that young man moved closer to him and his wife, he willed his courage to not step back. "You will be punished for this."
No answer.
Punishment? Damon didn't care about that anymore. He would die once they sentenced him to walk into the gate of hell, which most likely would be his punishment.
"What did we do wrong? She was already dead when her heart was transplanted for our daughter!" Claire screamed in frustration.
But, that statement only triggered Damon. Reminded him of his failure.
And then without wasting any other second, Damon dashed forward, seething his sword. "DIE!" he roared angrily. There was nothing important in his eyes at this moment.
However, at the same time, someone slammed the door open.
