Prologue

In the third world war, every country was involved, from the biggest to the smallest. It is all because of human's greed and desire. The war lasted for 5 years and have been given a title as "The Worst War in Human History" as it produced many refugees all around the globe and almost paralyzed all the country in the world.

As there were so many refugees, there was a man named Xenokrates Sushil established the association called as PARA (Post Apocalypse Refugees Association) and received approval from United Nation.

After a few years these refugees stayed in random countries and get kicked out, finally Xenokrates make his final move to establish a new country for these refugees. Once more, after a lot of struggle, paperwork, and discussions, his proposal received approval from United Nation.

After about two years of meeting between countries about this new country, finally all the country reached an agreement. This country will be placed in a hilly land between Asia and Europe, which will give them a nice four-season weather. Also, the size of the country will be between the size of Brunei and Singapore, more than enough for those refugees to live in comfort.

The owner of the land, Yilmaz tribe, led by Burhan Delvis, welcome them, and make an agreement with Xenokrates to build the country together until it become a well-developed country. As how they agreed, the country named as Xenotopia.

After 70 years, their dream can be seen. The country is well-developed, with all the advance technologies, all race living together, and all needs were more than enough. According to Maslow hierarchy of needs, all of them were complete for the people, especially the second needs, safety needs. The safety system in this country was modernized and not using the same system as people before the war use.

Therefore, this is the story about the fated meeting between three police fighting crimes to keep the peace in the country. Is all the crime just because of human's desire or is it a curse? All the answer will be revealed in "Wolf in The Void".
