HIS INITIATIVE

Sofia was sitting on a bamboo chair, wiping her gun and her knives carefully with her reflection showing on the steel she was holding. Her serious and cold face can scare both the children and adults away. In fact, except for Rudolf who saved her, she didn't talk to anyone else.

Currently, she was living in a community away from the city. It wasn't a poor place but not rich either. If she has to be blunt about it, she was with an anti-government group. There were more males in the population than girls. Even children here were thought to fight and use guns. She didn't care.

"You are not supposed to move about, you know," Rudolf said as he handed Sofia a cup of coffee. "Your wounds are healing and your bruises haven't faded yet. Do you want to leave soon?"

"Hn. I need to find my brother's body."

"What if that man buried him somewhere? Where do you think you can find him?"

"I'll find some way. Thank you for your concern, Rudy."
