Chapter 3

It was the next day as Isaac woke up and saw Felicity next to him in human size as she was close to him. He stared at her for a second, while giving an awkward face.

"I'm glad no one's here to see this." Isaac thought to himself.

Felicity then moaned in her sleep as Isaac sat up. She kept on going as she looked frightened and started to tear up.

"Mama, papa…no…NO!" Felicity cried in her sleep.

"Hey, Felicity." Said Isaac as he tried waking her up.

Felicity then quickly opened her eyes and looked around, shaking and trembling.

"Hey, it's alright. It's me, Isaac. You're safe." Said Isaac.

"Isaac…?" Said Felicity.

She then immediately hugged him as he hugged her back to comforted her. He brushed her hair to calm her as it was moments later and Felicity was lying under the covers of Isaac's bed. Isaac had put his uniform on as he approached Felicity.

"Um, I'm going to class. Merlin is sending a good friend of mine to show you around and keep you company. She's nice. You'll like her." Said Isaac.

"Okay. Are you going to be gone for long?" Felicity asked, while under the covers.

"No. I'll be back before 12. I don't have too many classes today." Said Isaac.

Isaac then pet her head as Felicity looked at him.

"Everything's going to be okay. I promise to help you in any way I can, Felicity. I'll be back soon." Said Isaac as he left the room.

Felicity watched him the room as she gave a faint smile, while Isaac left his dorm to find the guys, Marcus, Jasper, Garry and Franklin, waiting for him.

"Yo, Isaac." Said Garry.

"Hey, Boss." Said Marcus.

"Good morning." Said Franklin.

"Did you sleep well?" Jasper.

"Yes, thankfully. And the girls?" Isaac asked.

"You know them. They have to look good as always. Which I don't blame them." Said Garry.

"And how's Felicity?" Franklin asked.

"She's going through a rough time. But she'll make it through. When you guys see her, try to make her feel at home." Said Isaac.

"Will do." Said Garry.

"Hey, guys!" Violet shouted.

The girls met up with the boys as they were in their uniforms, while they walked towards their classes together. Scarlet was carrying a lot of books and was having trouble carrying them, until Jasper helped her as he carried a couple of her books.

"Oh, thanks." Said Scarlet.

"No problem." Said Jasper.

"So, any work today?" Violet asked.

"No. You all know what that means?" Isaac.

"Training." They all responded, unenthusiastically.

"Yay." Said Violet as she waved her hands.

"And how's Felicity?" Violet asked.

"She's doing well for now. You girls try to make her feel welcome too. I already told the guys." Said Isaac.

"Of course." Said Scarlet.

"Mm-hmm." Iris nodded.

"Anyway, we'll met up at the lair after class. Understood?" Said Isaac.

"Yes, sir." Everyone responded.

It was moments later as Isaac, Marcus, Violet and Jasper arrived at a classroom as the teacher wasn't there. They sat down as there was a girl that had blonde hair with a white hairband and green eyes. She was wearing a uniform as well as she listening to music and drawing on a sketch book. She saw Isaac sitting down as she paused her music and took off her earbuds.

"Good morning, Isaac." Said the girl.

"Hey, Christine. Teacher's not here?" Isaac asked.

"No. I don't know what we're going to do for class. Maybe you can practice on your drawing." Said Christine.

"God knows I need the practice." Said Isaac as Christine chuckled.

"Can I take a look?" Christine asked.

"Sure." Said Isaac.

She then slid close to him, reached into his book bag and grabbed his sketch book. She looked at the pictures as she gave a slight cringe look.

"Well, you're…progressing." Said Christine, hesitantly.

"You don't have to lie." Said Isaac.

"You need more practice." Said Christine.

"Ouch! That's blunt." Said Violet.

"Hey, Violet." Said Christine.

"Hey. But man, your drawings do suck. Vampire pun intended." Said Violet.

"I would've said the same for you." Said Isaac.

"Snap." Said Jasper as he snapped his fingers.

"Oh, you want to go there, I?" Violet responded.

"You guys are getting loud. It's too early for this." Said Marcus as he had his head down.

"Someone's tired." Said Christine.

"I didn't sleep well last night." Said Marcus.

"Was it because the full moon was out?" Violet asked with a smirk.

"Shut up." Said Marcus as Violet snickered.

"Jasper, you're a bit quiet." Said Christine.

"Sorry, I just don't have much to add in. I don't think I can add a ghost pun." Said Jasper.

"Attention, class!" Said a teacher.

A tall, brutish looking man with a beard and curled up mustache, and short hair walk in. He was a muscular man who was wearing sweat clothes.

"Class, Mrs. Calicut isn't going to be here today. She's doing work for the Hunters. She won't be teaching you all in history anymore. We'll be finding a new teacher for this class. So, in the meantime. You can all leave to do work or stay here and work on other class work. But no slacking off. That is all." Said the teacher.

"I keep forget how gigantic Mr. Rosenberg is." Said Violet.

"He's a giant. They're all big people." Said Marcus.

"So, what now?" Jasper asked.

"Training, guys." Said Isaac.

"Aw." Said Violet.

"And you, Christine?" Violet asked.

"I'm going to head over to Ms. Oaken. My father sent me a new rifle and she's making sure its combat ready." Said Christine.

"Alright. See you." Said Isaac.

"See you. Bye, guys." Said Christine.

"Bye. You should totally ask her out." Said Violet.

"Violet, head to the lair. You guys as well. I'm going to check on Felicity. I'll be there in a few." Said Isaac as he left.

"You guys want to take our time?" Violet asked.

"Yes. We basically woke up early for nothing." Said Marcus.

Isaac headed over to his dorm, until Isaac saw Felicity with someone. It was a nineteen-year-old girl, who was a gorgeous girl with brown hair and blue eyes. She also had a school uniform, glasses and had faint scars on her face. Felicity looked better and had new casual clothes on as she then saw Isaac, shrunk to fairy size and flew to him.

"Isaac!" Felicity shouted.

"Hey, Felicity. I would learn to get used to walking. Don't want you doing that whenever we're outside of the academy." Said Isaac.

"Oh, okay." Said Felicity.

"Hey, Ana." Said Isaac.

"Hello, Isaac. Shouldn't you be in class?" Ana asked.

"Yeah, but the teacher is out on an important job." Said Isaac.

"Ah, I see. So, where you off to?" Ana asked.

"I was going to check on Felicity. But it looks like you both are doing alright." Said Isaac.

"Uh-huh. Ana just showed me around the dorm." Said Felicity.

"I'm going to show her around the entire campus." Said Ana.

"I would listen well to Ana, Felicity. She knows this place well. Not to mention one of the top student hunters of this academy." Said Isaac.

"You're too kind, Isaac." Said Ana.

"Really? But didn't you say you were human?" Felicity asked.

"You didn't give her your full name, did you?" Isaac asked.

"No. But there's no use of hiding it now. My full name is Anastasia Van Helsing. I am Abraham Van Helsing's great-great-great-great-great granddaughter." Said Ana.

"Wow, the legendary hunter! Do you have more family?" Felicity asked.

"I have younger brother who attends the school here. While the rest of my family are off in the world doing what our family knows best." Said Ana.

"Wow~." Said Felicity.

"Well, I'll leave you two for now. Can you take her to the lair when you're done? I'd appreciate, Ana." Said Isaac.

"Of course. Anything for a friend." Said Ana.

"I'll see you soon, Felicity. Bye." Said Isaac.

"See you." Said Ana.

"Bye, Isaac. Are you two good friends?" Felicity asked Ana.

"Yes, since his grandfather and father trained under my family. We don't talk much since our line of work asks for lot of our time. But come. Let me show you around." Said Ana.

They were walking on the main campus as it was large academy that had a European architectural look. Ana and Felicity both stood at the campus entrance as there were students around and about.

"This Salem Hunters Academy. It was founded by Merlin Ambrosius in 1906. This is one of many other Hunter schools in the U.S. that he helped build. We have other multiple sisters schools, but this is the top school that also brings in students from other countries." Said Ana.

They enter the academy as they first arrived at the gymnasium. Many students were practicing or having class as many were playing different sports.

"This is the gymnasium. This is where we exercise and where Mr. Rosenberg teaches. He's a German giant and the school's head Physical Education teacher. Depending on what field a hunter wants to be. He will whip you in shape." Said Ana.

"Push yourself! Run like the devil's after you!" Mr. Rosenberg yelled.

"He's a bit scary." Said Felicity, hiding behind Ana.

"He's nice once you get to know him. He acts that way since he wants all his students to succeed." Said Ana.

"Too slow! You all would've been caught! Run again!" Mr. Rosenberg yelled.

"But he could tone it down a bit. He's very passionate." Said Ana.

They then arrived at the cafeteria they entered the kitchen as there were goblins cook and moving ingredients around as there was a dark-skinned woman, who was bald and had earrings on as she was directing the goblins. She was also able to use telekinesis to move objects as she made a book float to her in front of her.

"Did she move the book?" Felicity asked, surprised.

"Yes. She's Judith Baptiste. She's a Haitian Psychic. And a strong at that. She's also the school's head chef. She has many degrees in culinary arts and is well knowledgeable in monster diets. So, if human food isn't in your diet, you can talk to her or her many goblin assistants to get some food." Said Ana.

"Hurry, now! I want everything ready when the students come flooding in." Said Judith.

Felicity and Ana then reach the other buildings of the school. They arrived at the studying areas as they reach a room that had a lot of boys at the front row, while there was a beautiful woman dress like a nun, teaching. She had blonde hair and brown eyes as she was writing on the board.

"A nun?" Felicity responded.

"Yes, that's Sister Madeline Church. Or Sister Church. She was part of the Holy Order or the Knights. But she works with the Hunters organization, now. She teaches the defense against dark magic, demons and evil spirits. And as you can tell, she's popular with the boys." Said Ana.

Sister Church then accidently dropped her chalk sticks to the ground.

"Oops, clumsy me." Said Sister Madeline.

She then bended down as all the boys looked, while Ana face palmed her forehead.

"Hunters of the future. My ancestor would be so proud." Said Ana as they walked in the hallway.

They then kept on going as they reached a workshop that had students working on their weapons as they approached the teacher there, who was a dwarfish woman with a brown hair, breaded into a ponytail, blue eyes and muscularly toned as she dropped a gun in front of Christine who was there.

"There you go, Ms. Lander." Said the dwarfish woman.

"Thank you, Mrs. Oaken. I would clean it myself, but you know how schoolwork takes up my time." Said Christine.

"Mm-hmm. But you have time to work on your drawings, don't you?" Said Mrs. Oaken.

"Uh, oh! Look at the time. I have to work. Thanks again!" Said Christine as she left.

"Hey, take good care of it!" Mrs. Oaken shouted as she shook her head.

"She's the best at what she does. If you ever use a weapon or need a weapon. She's the perfect person to help you out." Said Ana.

They then went to another classroom as there was young lady, who looked like a little Asian girl teaching the class. She had round glasses, black hair, green eyes and messy hair. She also had a gorgeous phoenix sitting on a bird stool near her. It had a long tail, while the teacher used a rolling ladder to write on the board.

"Is that little girl teaching?" Felicity asked.

"Actually, she's twenty-five years old." Said Ana.

"H-How?" Felicity asked.

"She's Fei Park. She's half human and half witch as well half Chinese and half Korean. She looks that way because of experimental accident. She makes glamor for the students, but accidently added the wrong ingredients and well…that. She's a clumsy woman sometimes. Don't worry it'll wear off later today. She's a new teacher here, but she's one of the best healers and doctors in this academy." Said Ana.

"Make sure to follow the instructions well, everyone. You don't want to end up like me. Going through puberty again." Said Fei.

They arrive to another classroom as they saw a goblin teaching a room as he was a well dress, short in stature and pointy ears and nose as he wore glasses.

"Remember class. Plan ahead and make sure you have the right tools, items or weapons to use when facing a dangerous monster." Said the teacher.

"That is Mr. Welling. He's a goblin and he teaches monster defense." Said Ana.

"Monster defense?" Felicity asked.

"He teaches you about all races and species of monsters. You learn how to avoid, ward off and learn what to use against certain monsters. He's always eager to answer any question you want to know thanks to his goblin heritage." Said Ana.

We then see Ana and Felicity leave the school building.

"There's more teachers here at this school I want you to know. But my time is limited. With school, work and missions with my own team." Said Ana.

"Oh. But thank you very much for showing me. This place is incredible." Said Felicity.

"Anytime. I'm happy to help. I guess I'll take you the lair." Said Ana.

"And what's that?" Felicity asked.

"It's Isaac and his gang's hangout area. It's an underground training grounds. You want to and see it?" Said Ana.
