A Broken Heart

Melissa looked at where Aiden was now and she could see the look on his face and he then began the times that she could've seen the signs of them being siblings but instead, she had ignored them and was only interested in the domination of the Chronicle Era, Aiden was someone who acted out as the hero but Melissa was someone who acted out as the villain, she thought to herself if there was a chance of redemption... she thought if there could be any sign of escape of this depression she suffered.

"Why look so grumpy when there isn't anything to be grumpy about?" Melissa thought to herself and the only answer she could think of was... nothing. It felt like she could have known about her and Aiden but yet she ignored it, the young Alice Masters who became the Melissa Masters we know of, what could it have been like? She looked at her nails and saw a glimpse of herself but not as she was now but as she was before, she was someone who didn't have many problems but instead used different tactics to make those problems into reality as if she was God herself.

Melissa dreamt of the things she could have done with Aiden then that meant she would not have grown alone but for Aiden, he had many things, he had friends, he had his uncle, he had Amy and Anna but the one important thing he didn't have was his real family while Melissa too had many things, she had friends, she had her mother, she had her grandfather but just like Aiden she didn't have her real family and this right here is something thay makes them Aiden and Melissa, they both have differences but they also have a similarity, and that was they wanted their family back together again. "Everything alright madam?" Arnold came over to Melissa to check if she was okay and saw that she was staring at Aiden and completely ignoring him, "Do me a favour Arnold and make sure that we are ready for war." Arnold did just that but reported back to her saying, "I have terrible news, ma'am... one of the soldiers was killed by one of our own... what may we do about it?" Melissa turned around him and replied, "Make sure that he's chained up until we're ready for war."
