Jian had eaten herbs and spirit fruits which are fire type, and he is trying to break through the Core Formation Realm in Fiery Sun Scripture. The system had informed him that it would not affect his primary cultivation.

But it would allow him to have more control over Fire Qi. As he had eaten all herbs and fruits, he found himself in a similar condition as when he absorbed the Yang Qi from the sunrise.
