Another one [Part-24]
'Interesting, so while a soul is in a 'ghost form', they can look like their human form. Their reflections won't be there but what if someone had the rinnegan, or the sharingan? Would that person be able to see the 'ghost'? I'm pretty sure that ghosts don't exist unless you're a part of my clan to make them 'exist'.
I'll have to test that with Sasuke's sharingan. Since the ghost does sort of have chakra so maybe he could see them with his sharingan? What about the Byakugan? Argh, no point thinking about it right now I guess.'
Veronica called for a nurse since she had wanted to know if the doctors found out anything about her 'disease'. It puzzled her greatly. Even Matatabi's chakra had been unable to heal her and they were a tailed beast.
She saw Tobirama walking through the doors while she went back to putting on her 'happy face' on.

'I wonder if there even is a cure for this. Maybe this body was born with a weak throat? Does that even happen though? Or did those Kumogakure people do something? But how? I'm pretty sure that the hidden cloud village shouldn't be any better than any other old village in medicines and stuff. A seal? Maybe. I doubt it though.
I'll have to check out the memories of this body. It's going to hurt a lot, isn't it?
Dammit, I forgot both Tobirama-san and Matatabi can't communicate with me right now...'
Veronica sulked a bit at the moment, but at once fell out of her hospital bed in shock the next. Apparently, she would not be having a day's rest in this world.
'My brain was giving me enough of a headache with this much overthinking but now... Dear lord, save me.'
"How're you doing Vero-Chan?!!! WE WERE ALL SO WORRIED, YA KNOW?!"-Naruto
"Yea Vero-Chan! What happened?!!! You weren't-"-Sakura
"Out of my way Forehead!!! Vero-Chan you won't believe what all you missed at school!"-Ino
Ino pushed aside Sakura as the two had a glaring contest. She could see the children behind them sweat dropping and slowly moving away from them.
She decided that it was now time to zone out so quietly just stared at them while her mind wandered off.

Shikamaru placed a basket of fruits beside Veronica's bed and waved before leaving to go cloud watching. Choji also placed some snacks with the basket and left with his best friend.
"I brought you some books about bugs. Why? Because you had expressed interest in them many times during our conversations."-Shino
Hearing Shino speak, Veronica at once put on her best smile and took the books from him.
'It would've been nice if Kaka-San came to visit too~ I could've had him cut me some fruit. Then again, I'd rather keep the social interaction to a minimum right now. I'm already having a headache-'

Oh shit. Oh fuck. Did they find something? But they couldn't have. There were no traces left behind. I even had a shadow clone cover for me while I was away.
Or is it something else? Come to think of it, I never passed out like I did with Sasuke. I've comforted Sakura and Naruto. And the time I spent with them was almost the same with all three of them. I never spat out blood. I never coughed so much. Heck, I was at least able to let out some sort of noise after some time. But...
