(He's alive! He's alive!)

Chapter fourteen:

Raven... Raven, get up, I heard a voice.

Raven, open, your eyes. Another voice said.

My eyes fluttered open as I shot upright. This sudden fear leaves me, but it caused one of the dresser's to explode. I looked around my room frantically. Robin and Starfire was in front of me with a worried look. Beast Boy and Cyborg stood at the entrance, scared. It happened again. The dreams. That's the third one this week.

Were you having the dream again? Starfire asked me.

I sighed as I laid back. I'm fine. You can go. I told her.

Um, hello... Beast Boy waved his arms around as he walked around Cyborg. You were screaming like someone was trying to kill you. He told me.

I said I was fine. Go to sleep. I am fine. These dreams will leave. I shouted out to him.

BB's right, Raven you aren't fine. Cyborg said.

I shot up from my bed and glared at them. It was just a dream. Dreams will pass. You guys don't have to keep running in here to wake me up. I told them.

Raven, we just want what's best for you. Robin started. You haven't been same since we stopped your father. Said Robin.

I got up from my bed. Since my father almost killed all of you. I told him. Keep your emotions together, Raven. He didn't. I know these dreams mean nothing. I know he's not going to magically resurrect himself and kill everyone. Like I said, these dreams will pass. We just have to wait. I told myself.

Robin gave me a worried look, but nodded. Ok, well, if you need anything, don't be afraid to get one of us. We're your friends, Raven. You don't have to go through this alone. He told me.

Starfire followed after Robin out of my room. Cyborg yawned before saying goodnight. Beast Boy was the last one. He looked at the others before his gaze fell on me.

What is it this time? He asked me.

I crossed my arms. You. I replied to his question.

Oh. He replied.

I nodded. He held you up high before ripping you in half. I told him with tears in my eyes.

The color drained from Beast Boy's face. Oh, well, that will definitely give me nightmares. He scratched the back of his neck nervously. Beast Boy wanted to say something else. I could feel one my emotions wanting to come out and embrace him, but I held it back. Well, goodnight Raven. He told me.

Night, I replied.

I waited till my door was closed fully before waving my arms out. The black glow coming out of my hands as I opened up a suitcase, my clothes started piling in. I couldn't let them know that these nightmares were getting worse. My mind wasn't the same ever since the battle against my father Trigon. I had to leave. The team will be fine without me. I'll hold them back. They don't need me screwing up another mission. They'll be dead if I stay any longer.

Once my cloak's were packed I waved my hand. Making the case disappear. I made my way over to the dresser and pulled out my communicator. I held it tight as I closed my eyes. A deep breath escaping me. Am I doing the right thing? Leaving them? Leaving the people who became my family? My decision was final when I placed the communicator on the dresser.

I wrapped my cloak around me as I looked around the room for the last time. This is it. This is goodbye..I shouldn't be a coward. They deserve a proper goodbye. But I know them well enough to know that they will try to convince me to stay. And if I hear Beast Boy plead, I just might. I pulled my hood over my head before I walked over to the window. The night sky was greeting me as I portaled myself out.

Goodbye, Teen Titans.
