Dejection

Ripping her photo apart from the magazine he clenched it into a ball and throw it on the ground just to stare at it, he was going through so many mixed emotions at the same time that he didn't know what he was even doing, bending down he again picked up the same paper, looking at her picture again he put it in the pocket of his jacket and threw that magazine on the street before he hopped on his bike just to ride away

Stopping his bike now right in front of Dom's house, Leo stood there ringing his bell but Dom didn't dare to open or maybe he wasn't even home at the moment, Leo was getting annoyed now. first Dom didn't pick up his call and now this, an annoyed sigh left his lips as he turned to go back

"Wohh! Man, you scared me!"

"What are you doing standing here?"

As soon as Leo turned to go back he got startled by Dom's sudden presence right behind him, Leo spoke in shock whereas Dom just asked him the reason for his presence with a serious face

"Um... just wanted to meet you I guess"

"Hmm, can you slide to the side! I have to open the door"

"Oh, yea yea!"

Leo stood at the side as Dom unlocked the door as they both walked inside, Dom went to the kitchen while Leo just sat on a couch in the living room, turning on the TV he sat there with his eyes glued on the screen

"You came here to watch TV?"

"Shut up! don't disturb me"

Leo spoke without looking at Dom who was standing a little far from him with a glass of water in his hands, his face showed pure irritation. he just rolled his eyes and shook his head before walking towards him as he sat down on the couch beside him

"Give- really! you didn't bring that water for me?"

"Nah! you can go to the kitchen and get some water by yourself if you want!"

Leo turned to look beside him as he thought Dom bring that glass of water for him but no, Dom just sat there as he also sights the TV while drinking water. Leo spoke in annoyance while Dom didn't care at all

Yes they were best friends

"Aha why did you turned off the TV man!"

"So why did you came here!"

Dom took the remote and turned off the TV as Leo whines as he threw a cushion on Dom which Dom caught without any effort and asked in a serious tone

"You're always like this cold! can't I even come to my best friend's house?!"

"Best Friend huh!"

Leo spoke in detection while Dom replied him mockingly maybe he was still mad at that same thing that how Leo just disappeared and now he is back after that long and he thinks that Dom is still his best friend and everything is as same as before whereas, in reality, nothing was same as before these past years everyone has changed everything has changed

"Are you still mad at me? look man I had a reason for making myself distant! I had to do that for myself, why don't you understand?"

"I don't care what was the reason! just tell me why are you here!"

Leo spoke in a calm manner trying to make Dom understand his point but Dom didn't even try to understand and being stubborn he again asked him about the reason for his presence which made Leo mad

He stared at Dom with his burning eyes for a minute and stood up, without uttering any words he walked towards the exit and left his house, while Dom just let out a deep sigh, he wasn't happy doing that with his own best friend but he couldn't help

"What's wrong?"

"Hello Sir, I'm sorry to disturb you but Mister Oliver has called you a lot but you didn't pick up, he has something important to talk about"

Alexander was sleeping peacefully and his phone was ringing since forever but he didn't dare to pick it up and the phone didn't stop ringing, getting annoyed of he finally attended the call and spoke in his sleepy yet annoyed voice. while the girl spoke politely from the other side

"Fine!"

Alexander spoke and hung up the call before getting up as he sat straight and ruffled his messy hair as yawning he stood up from his bed and went to take a shower

Walking out he stood in front of the bed stand, as picked up his mobile just to see so many missed calls again which made him roll his eyes, why was Oliver calling him now when he already has asked Leo to help him, Alexander didn't want to meet him at least now but that old man was calling him again and again, not having any other option he had to go so he just did ~
