Chapter 15 Overpower

After lamenting his fate, he take out two horn he get from the wild beast and create a hilt for his new weapon. The hilt is almost as long as his arm and he use the whole two horn for Solidus.

He spend the whole afternoon refining the solidus sword and sharpening it. No matter how long he sharpened his sword, it's still black. The whole body surface is crude the sword is too hard to use regular stone as a whetstone. When the sky start getting dark, he completely gave up sharpening the sword.

Nod with satisfying expression, he check the progress at the center of the village.

All the beast have been skinned and cut up but there's just too many of it that they're still busy. "how the progress?" Lucis didn't bother greeting the other people and going straight to grandma Nan. Grandma Nan and Luna seems to be discussing something and it look quite serious.

"Lucis." Luna shout in surprise when Lucis appeared out of nowhere.

She sizing him again before calming down. " everything going smooth. But you brought too many meat at once.." she frown and look at Lucis.

After pausing a bit, she continue continue. " turning all of these to preserve meat will be difficult. We don't have enough firewood and salt. Firewood is easily solve but salt... we already gather from the whole village but it's still not enough." grandma Nan and Luna look at Lucis.

"well.. the sea is too far.. " Lucis stroke his chin feeling guilty.

"please consult with us first the next time you want to do something this big." Luna cross her arm trying to look as women with authority.

There's nothing Lucis can do about it. Even he didn't expect to hunt this many in just one night actually. He just casually stroll beyond the seven mountain and found out that there's just too many wild beast. This world is pretty interesting for him.

"I'll do something about the lack of firewood tomorrow. I'm too tired today.. Well, good night." he quickly turn around and ran back home. He really doesn't want to deal with Luna at this moment. In just one day, she already acting boss at him. If he stay longer with her, maybe he'll be her slave.

After appreciating solidus sword one more time, he sat and brew energy gathering potion. The process is smooth with the aid with his wood energy.

At this moment, he barely have 63 drop of energy after painstaking cultivate since he arrived here. The progress is just too slow.

The alchemy process only take him 1 hour and he got 2 portion of energy gathering potion. He never learn any energy gathering recipe from the clan, in fact, hes not allowed to. he doesn't know how his recipe compare with other. He doesn't even know how it look like so when he finished his potions he's greatly surprised.

"why is the color green?.. It's not poisoned right?" he sniff a bit and the smell is like crushed leaf.

He poke with his finger and lick it. It's bitter and taste like crushed plant. He start doubting the potion.

After a long time considering, he brace himself, close his eyes and grit his teeth and drank one portion. He gulped down unwillingly like it is some kind of expired milk.

After waiting for a moment, he frown. "nothing happened!" he look down and examine his body.

He take out the brown jade and scan the recipe and examine it. Making sure he didn't make any mistake.

After 10 minutes or so, his abdomen suddenly getting hot.

He quickly sat down meditating and examined the hot substance in his body. He never eat or drink any elixir and doesn't know what exactly going on at this moment.

The temperature slowly rising and he start sweating bullet. He completely have no idea what's going on. The detail explain the potion as assistant to cultivating.

After 2 hour, he finally absorb all the potion in his body. He went from 63 and straight to 80 drop of energy greatly surpassing his expectations.

"holy cow!" he jump up in surprise. " so this is magic elixir.. amazing!" he look at his newly gained strength and smile happily. He experienced with all his power and test his limit. That night, the villagers is frightening by him greatly. He jump around and casting spell here and there. Good thing he didn't swing around his Solidus sword or everyone would be running for their life. He look crazy.

After wasting energy for no reason, he returned inside and drink the last portion before continue cultivating. After he finished that one, he brew another 2 portion and going straight to cultivate.

And... the next day come.

He slowly open his eyes at dawn. Some of the adults still working at the center of the village processing the meat. He barely manage to contain his smile. He's brimming with power from head to toes and he even start to glow faintly in the dark.

Of course Lucis can also control wind and fire but it's only the most basic way. Without external help like magic item or the said elements nearby, he can't use more powerful flame, he can't compress the wind and perform wind cutter, he can't freezer water or control heavy objects or else his meridian will shattered.

He only can summon stronger wind, bigger fire or similar like that. He have the amount and not the qualification.

The most disadvantages is range. He only can control his power and light object near him but he can control for a long time with the amount of energy he have.

He look at his body with satisfied nod. He stand up and eagerly want to test his power.

Just when he casually take a step forward, he trip down.

"what! How's that happened?" he stand up again and take another step but he almost trip again.

"what the hill, I can't control my body." he start sweating as he examined his body. Sadly he doesn't have anyone to guide him in cultivation or else he would be expecting this.
