Chapter 45 New Dimension

Lucis is frightening by how fast his energy disappearing right in front of him but he can't even see and sense anything. He ran out of the array and try to replenish his energy by absorbing the surrounding energy.

Lucis feel like he's getting drown in the deep sea when the world energy around him slamming his meridian like a flooded river. He's familiar with this feeling during his foundation establishment, instead of stopping, he redirected the energy towards the force that sucking his energy in front of him and grit his teeth enduring the strained in his body.

After a couple of minutes, the force that sucking his energy stop completely almost suffocating Lucis as he absorbing the energy nearby.

He stop and quickly examine his body ignoring all the injury he sustained during the whole process.

"what in the name of Odin is that?" Lucis wipe the sweat on his face.

"did the array malfunction? Did I abuse the system too much?"

Lucis close his eyes and check the storage dimensions.

"diner, diner where are you?" he look around but there's no trace of the crab in it. All he found is wild beasts dead body that has been stored for quite some time now.

Lucis sit down and activate the space energy in his body and suddenly snap back out in surprised.

"there's... There.. there's another pocket dimensions!" Lucis shout.

The new dimensions created overlap with his frozen time dimensions but exist on a different dimensions at the same time.

"what? When.. how did.. how do..." Lucis stutter and pause. "but why?" He cross his his arm and tilt his head in confusion.

He didn't create this dimension but it's formed accidentally after he try to absorb the crab and it's connected to him like his storage dimension.

He checked the new dimensions and stunned for a long time. Mister Dinner is inside that dimensions looking confused just like himself.

The new dimensions is small with only similarly 3 meter long cylinder but the difference is, there's air in there and the crab is alive and confused as it trying to crawl around no longer jumping happily with no ground for the crab to stand on.

Lucis return to the array and move it to the cliff wall.

"ground, dirt, I need dirt." He have some speculation about the new dimension from his experience reading novel.

He teleport out and dig up the swamp dirt with his sword couple hundred meter away from the crab gang.

After a couple of minutes, Lucis return to his control room and take a quick swim outside cleaning all the mud on him 8n a happy mood

The bottom of the cylinder is now become the ground and the top is the sky except the dimensions is really small and there's no sky. The border is surrounded by a thick white mist.

"now Diner can live inside." Lucis smile and clapping his hand feeling satisfied.

"hold on!" Lucis stop and put his index finger on his forehead trying to remember something.

"i forgot. Damnit. I want to eat that damn crab. Why did I prepare good environment for Diner instead." Lucis slap his forehead and shake his head with disappointed face.

Lucis look at Dinner again and hesitate. After thinking about it some more, he finally decided to catch more of Dinner gang back there.

After an hour of travel, he finally saw the place where he catch Dinner but there's only few of it left and the rest gone somewhere. There's only 12 of it and it's look like they're also began moving.

"did they actually know I came back?" Lucis rub his chin. He didn't know how crab migrate even back on earth. Tracking would be difficult when the crab is jumping instead of crawling.

Lucis slowly creeping the closest crab he got but not excited, instead he's feeling anxious. He know what happened before because of the new dimensions. But there's a lot of other possibility he thought too. His cowardice is tingling inside him.

When the crab stop moving, Lucis quickly slap the top of the crab while simultaneously activate his new dimensions.

Surprisingly, there's no resistance at all except for the crab jolt a bit surprised at the slap. The crab thrown instantly into the new dimension on top of Dinner.

Lucis close his eyes looking in his new dimension and nodded satisfied. 'it seems nothing goes wrong here.'

Both of the crab opening and closing their claw while facing each other like they're communicating.

'dude, welcome to my new home.' Diner clamps it's claw like it's sending a morse code.

'my dude, so you're here. Everyone's looking for you.' the new crab eyes spinning as it sending it's code. Apparently, it means 'omg, unbelievable'

'My dude, there's no water here.'

'yes dude, I was trape here by the devil. This is the afterlife.' Dinner turn and look at the short ceiling. Diner try to jump but only hit some force that pushing it back down.

Suddenly, one more crab falling from the fake sky and landed on the new crab.

'welcome dude. Welcome to the afterlife.' Dinner raise both of it's clamps in majestic fashion.

'my dude, you're here all along.' the newest crab eyes actually producing water. To make it simple, it's crying even though it's eyes sticking out from it's body.

While Diner busy preaching to the new resident, more and more crab falling from above that soon they no longer have enough ground to stand on. They're basically piling up.

Meanwhile outside.

"ai, my new dimensions is too small." Lucis shake his head. There's still 2 crab jumping around towards the west.

Lucis turn the eyes towards the cliff wall unwillingly and leave.

"i almost forgot my original purpose for coming here." Lucis said as he take out the voice talisman pearl. He actually weighing down between chasing the crab and saving Muzin.

"Eii.." Lucis eyes wide open. This time, the pearl connection is more stronger than before. If feels like the source is closer to him than he thought.

Lucis expand his devine sense and follow the directions where the line is getting stronger and stronger and soon he reach a place with mud covering the whole area.

"this place used to be a crab hanging spot." there's a lot of crab mark on the mud but there's no crabs around.

"mud, why did I forgot about it again. Crab need water." Lucis shake his head again. He feel like he's brain working slower than usual this day.

He went to the nearest water with mud around it and collect as much as he can almost filling his new dimensions.

"be good Diner. I'll upgrade this space later." Lucis examine the crab gang inside. They look more lively than before submerging themselves in the mud.

"keep getting fat. I'll cook you later." Lucis look at one of the biggest crab. He already mark on it as boiled crab later. There's even some saliva drop at the corner of his mouth.

"now then.." Lucis feeling satisfied. He's considered about cooking the crab first or looking for Muzin.

"hm" Lucis furrowed his brow. He got reaction inside the wall and it's a living human aura.

"inside the wall?" Lucia move the eyes towards it and soon saw a small hole that just big enough for one person to crawl in. Strangely his devine sense is blurry as soon as he scan inside the hole.

He guide the eye inside the hole and surprised by what he saw. There's light shining like the star at night all over the cave.

"what is this thing? Its weakening my devine sense." Lucis look at the white jade like stone in various sizes attached to the cave wall. He's amazed by the beauty scenery.

"glittering stone. That's what this stone name now." feeling satisfied. He move the array eyes deeper into the cave. The cave is not brighter and not dark either. The light is really make one feel comfortable around it.

The cave is not really deep. Soon Lucis saw two people sitting in meditation but their clothes is beyond recognisable. It's torn apart that it doesn't even look like clothes anymore.

"Muzin?" Lucis stunned. The man look handsome before but now he's beyond pathetic. His body is wounded everywhere and his hair is in dishevel. Both people have mud covering their whole body all over.

"what a sad life. They're trap here by the beast outside." Lucis stare at them with sympathy look. He's personally see all the bizarre beasts outside. If not for his cheat like array, he will never approach this place.

"since they're safe for now, I'll leave them first. I got just the perfect plan for these guys." Lucis smile mischievously.

Instead of saving them directly, Lucis leave his control room and go to the main hall and went to one of the empty room.

He raise his hand and activate the new dimensions.

Suddenly, crab appear on top of his palm. The crab struggling as soon as it's appear. It's leg and clamp moving really fast that even Lucis didn't manage to catch the crab leg movement.

Unfortunately for the crab, it's leg and claw can't reach where Lucis put his hand on it's body.

"hihihi, hahahaha. Look who's the boss now. In you go." Lucis send the crab back in his dimensions after he make sure that the new dimensions work exactly the same as the storage one.

Anything he take out from the dimension can be put wherever he wanted. Just like when he take out his sword, the sword hilt appear exactly in his hand like he want.
