"we have to look out for Mingyue. She's one of the most powerful cultivator in the eastern region."

Lucis quickly turn around look at Shuzan standing behind him rubbing his hand at his beard in a profound way.

'why did this dude suddenly stand close to me?' Lucis thought then he tilt his head looking at the empty couch. There's nothing wrong with it.

"Mingyue? Is she a Chinese?" Lucis asked. This is the second time he ever heard name so earth like and sound like a Chinese name. The first person is Ning Ning, the little girl that usually roaming around the village collecting branch and dry wood for firewood with her dog.

"Chinese?" Shuzan asked as his brow flinch.

"That name sounds like Chinese."

Shuzan look down with furrowed brow while stroking his beard. What is this Chinese? A race? Some kind of species or something like Cultivation realm? Lucis is strange in the first place so it's not weird if he knew something they don't know.

"if you're talking about her name, that's because she's born in the giant empire of Pangu. They use name like her over there." Muzin explained. He's living up to his title the living Wikipedia, he knew exactly what Lucis want to know.

"Pangu? Are there something like monkey king over there?" Lucis interested has been poked. Pangu is a primordial being and creation figure in Chinese mythology who separated heaven and earth and became geographic features such as mountains and rivers. Monkey king, also known as wukong also within this mythology.

"Monkey? You mean the demon that rule over the monkey?" Shuzan furrowed his brow once again reminded that Lucis lack a lot of cultivator common sense.

Demon didn't use the term of "king" for just one type of demon or even the demon that ruling multiple species at the same time. If one demon is powerful enough to rule, they usually have a title of their own beside, king is something that mortal human use and demon didn't really acknowledge it.

Demon refer to the land they rule as a simple term of 'territory' when they mingle among human cultivator because the land was so vast and the ruler keep changing over time. Compare to their territory, human biggest empire is just a tiny plot of land to them.

Lucis nod, it seems there's so much similarity between this planet and the blue planet he come from. Maybe this Pangu really exist at some time in the distance past in this world since there's a lot of animals look exactly the same with the blue planet.

Nanji and Suyi didn't know what they're talking about so they keep quiet and listen from behind.

After a brief more useless chat, they continue on their journey.

The journey continue and soon the sun slowly disappearing at the distance.

"we cover more than half of our journey thanks to this boat. Let's rest somewhere tonight since traveling at night would be far more dangerous." Shuzan said towards Lucis as he scan the surrounding looking for a place to land.

"yes, there's this annoying bat that only come at night." Muzin said with bitter expression. It seems he experience it himself.

Lucis nod and land at a random place before Shuzan even choose a place.

"alright fellas, remember, let my energy wrapped your body and don't fight it." Lucis said and tap Suyi shoulder. Instantly, Suyi disappeared from where she stand and frightened Nanji.

"sounds good. That place is more safer than camping in the open like this." Muzin and Shuzan nod.

Looking at everyone response, Nanji quickly follow along and soon all of them transported in the living dimension.

"Nice." Lucis smile and he put the boat in his storage since the boat can't change size like magic tool, it's pretty inconvenience to carry around.

Instead of teleport to his dimensions like the other, Lucis teleport back to the underwater cave then he teleport to his mansion back.

Lucis look around the living room and make sure it's clear before he transported everyone out again. The whole process from when they landed on the forest with the boat to now in the mansion barely take a minute.

When the gang appear, Nanji was instantly fall almost unconscious while Suyi keep covering her mouth feeling nauseous and her head feel like it's about to split.

Shuzan and Muzin still effected but not as strong because they're ready. They quickly circulating their energy as soon as they arrived and examine their surrounding.

"We're back here?!" Muzin shout surprised. They flew so far and suddenly, they're back to their starting point.

While everyone confused, Lucis take a sip of hot tea from his storage and laugh at them while making himself comfortable on his couch.

"we continue tomorrow morning."

"Tomorrow? Are we gonna travel all the way from here again?" Shuzan asked and even a bit angry in his tone. Why waste so much time if they're returning here right away anyway?

"we start from where we left. Did you forget that I can teleport?" Lucis smirking while he rub his beard. Shuzan and Muzin expression is so funny for him apparently especially Nanji and Suyi. it's like when someone is sitting on the chair and you spin it a couple time and ask them to walk.

Suddenly, Suyi punch Lucis in his stomach a couple times with her mouth pouting and her eyes glaring at him like she want to murder him on the spot.

"Suyi calm down!" Lucis was shocked. Never did he imagine that Suyi would be so angry and punch him. Suyi personality was changing so fast that Lucis can't keep up anymore.

While Nanji still groaning and kneeling on the ground, Shuzan and Muzin was enjoying the show and even bump fish to each other.

"you didn't warn me!" Suyi shout and kick Lucis.

"agreed!" Shuzan add with a nod.

"i second that! Hit him harder!" Muzin shout clenching his fist like he's the one hitting Lucis. He really want to hit Lucis himself but he was worried that Lucis would retaliate.

"i thought I was gonna die!" Suyi punch Lucis on his chest. Lucis getting busy blocking the incoming attack like his life depends on it. It's not that he can't do it effectively but he worried that he will injured Suyi because she now look so delicate and fragile.

"You send me in there and here without warning! Who do you think I am?" Suyi glare as she catching her breath. Lucis was just so good at blocking that most of her attack end up on Lucis palm.

"err.. my assistant?" Lucis said strangled trying to come up with more to say.

"No food for you tonight!" Suyi stomp her feet and leave the living room with baby angry face.

"tsk tsk tsk.. that's what you get for doing bad stuff." Shuzan stroke his beard and lift Nanji up.

"serve you right, ill-mannered short hair snotty brat." Muzin said then he sit down pouring himself some warm tea. Lucis hair barely touching his eyes so Muzin always mock him for not having handsome majestic long hair like him.

Lucis happy moment instantly ruined. He look at everyone and blink a couple time with confused expression. 'what did I do wrong?'

"Big brother, I'm glad you still alive." Sukong said appearing out of nowhere with a frightened expression.

"where did you come from?" Shuzan said with surprised. Sukong was under his training since a week ago so he's pretty much his master or elder some sort since Lucis never officially named him as elder yet.

"Sensei, I saw everything. That was the first time I ever saw my sis so angry." Sukong shake his head again and suddenly his body shivering as he remembered the torture session from Suyi.

"why did you keep calling me sensei? You brat, you're getting so much influence by this ignorant fool!" Shuzan rebuke Sukong as he glare at Lucis. He don't know what this "sensei" are but it doesn't sound pleasant to his ear apparently.

"oh man.. is she always that fearless and violent?" Lucis look at the only one loyal gang member he has, Sukong.

"you didn't know?!" Sukong look at Lucis with surprised. It's like a common sense in this mansion.

"i need to reevaluate how I should face her next time.." Lucis walk in a circle with his hand behind his back thinking hard. Is he actually really misread Suyi personality all these time and misunderstood her?
