Dream?

Disclaimer - (Cause fanfiction is tricky ground and I hope not to offend the creator of the original story and get sued)
I do not own "A Star Reborn: The Queen's Return", it belongs to its original creator Xia Wanying. This is only a fanfiction that I was inspired to write by the original work. Please support the official release. Most of the media - such as the art and illustrations, gifs, video's, etc. used in this fanfiction - are from the web. Thus, most of them aren't mine (because I really, really can't draw) unless mentioned. To fit the story, images are also edited by various apps and websites. So they aren't mine, just edited.
Also if you own a picture or Video that I found online, and you either want your name added, or me to take it down. Please contact me and we can talk it out. P.s. I also ask that you do not copy my work and publish it onto any other website.
If you're gonna use my idea, please ask me (If you ask nicely, I for sure, will agree). If I don't contact you within a week, then just assume I'm giving you the all clear and go for it. Just remember to credit me.
I will be writing out scenes even if my Oc isn't in them. As long as she's mentioned, or influencing the characters in some way. Or maybe because it influences the story. This may seem a bit annoying. But that's just how I write. I like to embed my characters into the story line. Because of this, most of the dialogue/scenes will come from the original work.

{Oc's P.O.V.}
I heard frantic footsteps around me and voices calling for various things as a bright white light flashes above my eyes.
"Someone get the Defibrillator!" A loud voice demanded. It was followed by loud frantic beeping from the monitors, which abruptly came to a stop as I flat-lined.

This was followed by a feeling of nothingness.
No, nothing would have been better…
It felt like…
I was drawing…
In a sea of darkness

I sprung off the bed as my lungs gasped for air. I felt my whole body tremble. "Guess that was just a nightmare." I chuckled to myself. Only for fear to rise in my chest as I realised the voice that came out of my mouth wasn't mine at all.
My fingers clenched the bedsheets underneath my hands as I frantically looked around the room.
The walls weren't my solid purple, and were instead a gentle pastel blue.
The furniture wasn't my dark brown wood, but were instead a pure pearly white.
I quickly walked across the room, my fingers feeling weak as I grabbed the cold, unfamiliar handle. I shakily turned the knob, afraid of what I might see on the other side of the door.
My heartbeat sped up as I steered into an unfamiliar hallway. It has a cream coloured wallpaper, and a large, brown framed mirror hanging across from me.
I only catch black hair before I slam the door shut and collapse against it as my legs lose all their strength.
My body begins to shake uncontrollably and I laugh lowely. The kind of laugh you laugh, when you realise you can't do anything but laugh.
I laugh at the thought. This body definitely isn't mine.
I'm startled out of my daze when I feel knocking on the door, my back is leaning against. "Su Xue, honey." A gentle, feminine voice calls from the other side. "Are you all right?"
Su Xue, I repeat in my head, so that's the name… of this body.
"Honey?" The voice calls again.
"I'm fine." I called back. "I just had a nightmare."
"I see. Do you wanna talk about it?"
"No!" I reply back too quickly.
The woman pauses for a while, before she replies. "All right then. Breakfast is ready. Come down soon, your sister will be here to pick you up soon."
"I understand." I call back, before I hear footsteps walking away from the door and down the hall.
I use the doorknob to support myself as I slowly stand up.
With shaky steps I walk to the only mirror in the room. It was sitting on the white vanity, and across from my- no, the bed that I woke up on.
I gently touch my features. Instead of short blond hair, I had long, wavy black hair.
My bright blue eyes had been replaced with shining emerald ones.
My lips were slightly plumper than my old ones.
I repeated the name Su Xue in my head multiple times. It sounded Korean. No, from my experience of all the manhwa's I've read, I can tell that it's most likely Chinese.
I place my hands on my chest, as if it would somehow help calm my heartbeat and help my breathing return to normal.
I can't believe it…
So it wasn't a dream…
I died… and have been reincarnated.
*****
The book didn't really mention their ages so here's how they will be in my fanfic, both before and after the timeskip (yes there will be one - because I honestly can't wait for my oc and Xia Ling to start connecting about how annoying the two brothers are)
Ages Before Timeskip:
Su Xue - 16
Li Feng - 24
Xia Ling - In her first life
Li Lei - 19
Su Tang - 19
Timeskip: 5 years
Ages After Timeskip:
Su Xue - 21
Li Feng - 29
Xia Ling - 19
Li Lei - 24
Su Tang - 24
(I'll leave this up for a few chapters - until the time skips the plan - which should be here in 3-7 chapters approximately)
