Chapter 4.5: Statistical Analysis

Each of the members of the Nest takes a Statistical Analysis Test (SAT) at the beginning of every month. The teacher (usually Mrs. Bates) tests the assassin based on five stats: Marksmanship, Hand-to-Hand combat, Poison-Making, Calmness under pressure, and Leadership. The ranks go as assassin ranks do, E-S. The test has a part to play in the ranking system, but is NOT the sole decider. Other things that factor in are missions taken and their difficulty, and the ability to think for oneself without orders. Those three things put together are what decide an assassin's rank.

Instructor's Note: These four are/were some of the finest that the Nest has to offer. Each has their own weakness, however. Blackbird is a shining talent, but is inexperienced and still needs help understanding things and more training. Flamingo is an experienced fighter and a star among the Nest, but she has difficulty working with anyone but Blackbird and Mother Hen. I'm hesitant to speak ill of our leader, but his poison-making needs some work. Finally, Jimmy was another shining talent among our ranks, but his difficulty keeping calm under pressure was what led to his major wound and his demotion.
