The Most Friendly Interrogation

"This might be the craziest thing you've ever heard. There'll be going a rain with iron scent 5 months later starts from now," I started the sentence solemnly. I looked into Zhao Qi's eyes. My hands were shaking and I hide them below the table.

"Hmmm, how are you so sure?" said Ji Won. He smirked at me. Surely, he won't believe it. So, are the rest of them. I bite my lips. Should I approach them by saying, I could see the future. No, it won't work. Previously, I thought it was just Zhou Qi who come here. I never expected he bought his friend. Damn. I might say, in the novel, Zhou Qi's temperament is kind and calm. That was why I want to open up everything that might happen to him.

Should I say, this is the world in a romance novel? Of course, no! Am I stupid?

"Please continue Ms. Yuki Chen," said Bilge. Sinta also stared at me waiting for my explanation.

"Before I continue. Just ask every question you are curious about. Since all of it is related to this rain," I tried to act calmly while sipped my hazelnut cup. I act like my previous self when supervising the hardest marketing team. Zhou Qi and Ji Won smiled weirdly at me. While Ji Won ate the tiramisu cake I made, Zhou Qi called a waitress to clean the table.

I clearly understand the confused mind of the waitress. Since some of the dishes still haven't been touched. This is wasteful. I kindly ask the waitress to pack some food on this table for me. "I believe you are not a poor person. The data I found, you are a real trillionaire," said Ji Won.

"Yes, indeed. I am. But I never approve a wasteful act," I said firmly. "I can microwave them,"

I guess this guy has some mental issue. Ji Won acts like he is always right about everything. A very confident and annoying person ever. I did say he is handsome. But his bad mark is his mouth. He can't stop looking down on people. At least my impression in this first meeting. The other guys here patiently waiting for the waitress to clean the table. But, not for Choi Ji Won.

After the waitress was gone, Zhou Qi said his thought, "Yuki Chen is a loner. She doesn't have any friends and her closest people are just Wan Couple and their kid. What we believe, she had a tendency of a mental patient with Asperger Syndrome. But, somehow the past two weeks, she shows a dozen of new acts that she rarely does or even hate previously. She is a very quiet person and has just done live-streaming for game playing. Even though, she said something, everything mostly related to the game. There were some cases related to Yuki in some articles. But she never clarifies it. Somehow, last night this same person making a clarified video that she wasn't meant to commit suicide. This is very confusing,"

Damn. This male god character is too detail. I got more nervous. Besides shaking, my hands also sweating a lot! I take back that Zhou Qi is the perfect candidate for open up the end game of this world.

"This same person also always hid better than ants. She is a pro player of 'hide and seeks' in the real life. There was a case one of her followers found out her address. She chose to not sleeping at all and deleted the articles and the digital footprint of herself, the media publisher, or even those whose jobs were like and share the article. Really, this is kind of a new Yuki Chen I met. Since The past Hoodie Girl was very hated for meeting a person in real life," Zhou Qi continued.

"So, who are you?" He asked me. I gulped my saliva. I gave up. Should I really say this is a world in the novel?

"Is that only your question?" I asked calmly.

Before this interrogation continues, the windows are shaking. One minute later, there is an announcement about the weather outside. It seems there is a small hurricane around this area. This is my first time run into the weird weather in the novel. Previously, I mostly stay in the ward of the hospital and over-focus on ordering many kinds of necessities for the end game. The novel described, after the last World War III many weird natural disasters and unpredictable weather always happen anytime. After the rain with the iron scent, the weather slowly becomes normal. This rain might be an event to restart the broken world of this novel

"I also have a question, why did you suddenly decide to move out from your comfort zone? Also, you redecorate the Villa twice bigger from the previous design?" Sinta asked.

I am very grateful for Sinta sister's question. I ignored Zhou Qi's question. So I chose to say truthfully for her, "This is also because of the rainfall with iron scent later," I describe everything in very long answers. What will happen for those who stay under the rain and those who chose never to touch the rain. Then, we will face a new civilization with a bigger body structure. After I finish said everything, I saw their face and shows they can't believe my story for now. It sounded like a scam, and I do agree too.

"Is that the reason you did a panic buying and order many things?" Bilge asked me, and I nod to him.

Ji Won knocked his fingers on the table and the focus of everyone on him. "Miss Yuki Chen, you haven't answer Zhou Qi's question," This male god also just sat patiently. He smiled at me. Ji Won is really good at provocating. Sinta also urges me to answer Zhou Qi's previous question.

This also reminds me of what just happened when I overslept. In that white room, I heard a female voice that urges me to take over this body. This makes me sad, does it mean I just stay for a moment for them to prepare the end game?

"I am not Yuki Chen,"

"What do you mean? Did you have any other fake personal data besides Kiyu Nech?" asked Zhou Qi.

"No..." I said weakly. I stared at my shaking hand under the table. This really makes me frustrated. I don't know what to do. This whole meeting is not under my hand. Everything is unexpected. This mixed feeling made me uncomfortable. The first time I realize inside an apocalypse novel, I felt so dejected. I hate this life. I just want to relax. But somehow, I want to stay with kind and warm people like Aunt Wan, BaoBao, and others. Then, I realize, Yuki's soul is still alive, and I might go for real.

"Please said it clearly," Zhou Qi firmly urged me to answer. I looked at his eyes, then into Ji Won, Bilge, and Sinta. They just stare at me. They just need an answer. They might think I am just nothing.

Yeah, I don't have to be confused, am I not? Actually, I really am nothing for the people in this world. Previously, I thought too highly of myself and looked down on these characters. But the real fact is, I am just a lost soul.

"I am not Yuki Chen. My name is Jo Yen Yen, in my previous life of mine, I died because of over-fatigue. It seems I across the dimensional gate into this world. If you ask me, why I know what will happen later, it is because ...." Suddenly I become mute. I can't continue the sentence. It was like a natural force that made me silent out of blue.

"Because of what?" Ji Won impatiently urged me.

"That is because .... " again, I can't continue. This time I am not only become mute and can't utter a single sound but also can't open my mouth. I was panicking. I tried to say other words and I can say them clearly. "I am trying to answer. That is because..."

Everyone looked at me weirdly. They also notice the anomaly when I tried to tell the truth because I know the rain from the book in my previous life. "That is because ...." I screamed hardly before I stated the truth. There is some force that pushed me out. I fly out from my seat and my back hits the wall behind me. Some small paintings fell down and hit my head continuously. I froze and still digesting the whole events that just happened.

Without me knowing, I was helped and seated in my previous chair. Sinta holds my head with a cloth. I still can't digest everything. I saw everyone's faces, they were panicking. Zhou Qi asked me something, but I can't hear a single sound. Bilge called someone and Ji Won still sat in his place look at me weirdly. Then I realize, my glasses cracked and there is some trace of blood. Fuck. This is a very unpredictable interrogation meeting.
