The Military College had been set up for one reason and that was to make people stronger. Sure, the training conditions were harsh but one would still get their 3 meals unlike in Sector 3 where people would have to feed off scraps.

In each Sector, are 30 districts so in total 90 districts, and those districts are further divided into Divisions. The sign-up center for Sector three members was in District 1, Division 24 and that was about a 5 km walk so Noah would be there in 1 day but he only had to get to the nearest core transit that was available to everyone and that was a short distance away.

He didn't want to do this but had no choice because he already spent all his money on the core transit leaving him homeless because the explosion had taken out his house and hungry.

Noah then remembered something, Level up and his quest. He wanted to find out that core transit that must have been a fixture spore of some kind and needed a private place to level up.

Right now, Noah was in District 2, Division 5. It was more well off than his District 3, Division 25 which was one of the lowest of the low. The Health sector had brought him from that region to this region so it made it easier for him, Thank God.

While he was walking he spotted an abandoned shop, so without thinking, Noah walked straight in there. He wanted to level io in a private place and this was the perfect place. Military College always gave combat tests to newcomers and he wanted to get stronger before he signed up.

After reaching the shop, he saw that it was mostly run down.

'I think I would get the privacy I need' he thought to himself

Noah was already more than excited to level up, he had been weak all his life and this was like a new opportunity to present itself. He thought yes and a new notification came up.

...

.....

Noah was more than delighted to see these notifications and as the leveling up was happening he had felt a warm tingly feeling all over his body, it was very satisfying. He then decided to see his new stats and distribute his stat points.

Noah decided to put his 1 stat point on Strength and 1 on Stamina because he wanted to throw a strong punch and still be able to hold his ground, he also saw that his energy reserve and HP had replenished after his level up and the number of exp needed for the next level up increases, he would take note of that. After distributing his stat points, he decided to check his new stats.

After leveling up, Noah decided to go to the teleportation port and head to the Sign-up Centre. He was going to go through the front of the shop but he realized he would get suspicious glares so he decided to pass through the back of the shop but to his dismay, it didn't have a door so he did the next best thing. He punched it and to his surprise, it felt like punching through cardboard, so simple. He could see the port in a short distance. Walking would take him about 20 minutes so he decided to jog.

At his new pace, he was able to reach his destination in 5 minutes and he didn't even feel the least bit tired.

There were many people at the port but as far as he could see only a few were going to the same destination as his. After waiting for about 5 minutes, Noah stepped on the pad of the pott, typed his destination, and within a matter of seconds, he was in front of a tall white building that had a hologram saying Military College Signups, and only then did he realize that he was in his hospital pajamas. The Security her was top notch meaning that he would not be able to steal anything to wear. He just had to endure the looks of disapproval that he would get and boy was he right.

Wherever he passed, he would catch a few people staring, laughing and others just had looks of disgust.

After what seemed like hours, he eventually reached a floor that we all white. Sitting at the front desk was a woman who looked beyond bored to be there. "Excuse me, Mam, I'm here for College sign-ups" Noah tried to seem nice but just couldn't bring himself to love this pothole. The woman didn't even spare him a glance and just pointed to the green pad on the table. Noah put his hand on the pad and his hand got scanned by a green light showing all his information.

Name: Noah Adams

Ability: none

Sector: 3

District: 3

Division: 25

Parents: none

After scanning and showing all the information, The blonde-haired woman pointed to the core transit that would transport him to the College.

He went there gladly not wanting to spend any more time with the lady.

He put his hand on the green orb. It gave a small vortex that was Misty that swallowed him particle by particle-like ash and before he knew it, he was in a white room alone with a tech screen in front of him.
