Why do you look like a Greek god?

*Author's note- sorry for all the cover

changes just had some trouble finding the right one*

The flames were so large that many of the opponents were burnt. The fight had been going on for an hour so far and although many were injured, none were in a bad condition. However, this changed once Kastiel took control, unlike Noah, he did not care for who got hurt.

Darius, although dazed and frightened gave a slight smile. His opponent had been momentarily dazed and in that one second, Darius extended his claws and pushed them through the student's stomach area causing him to shout in pain and writhe on the floor.

He couldn't concentrate to use his skill so Darius took his time to stand up and began kicking him multiple times.

"This is for the blood"

*Grunt*

"This is for the blows"

*Grunt*

"And finally, just because"

The student fainted after the last kick and above him was a victorious Darius with a proud smirk and pitch-black demon eyes. Just the sight to see before you die except it wasn't the case for him.

During all this time the flames were still ablaze and six members of the other team had obtained third-degree burns from the burns.

The remaining students were David Prince, the venture summoner and one animal enforcer, and one portal Conjurer.

Seeing the remaining opponents, some things started to make sense. They realized that the vines had come through a portal created by a portal summoner but the shocking thing was that it was the portal summoner from before.

Everyone looked baffled but that was not the time as they had also suffered five teammates although not by the fire, putting them down to four opponents, Althea, Darius, Noah, and Calvin.

Noah or rather Kastiel was slumping in one of the corners of the room protected by a water wall Calvin had brought up using some water puddles on the flow. It was weak but it would do for now. In his subconscious, Noah was totally dumbfounded that he could release flames that big, he could feel that he still had enough oxygen to let out more flames so he didn't know why Kastiel just didn't finish off all the opponents while he was at it.

Looking now, he could see a ginger-haired man with blue sparkling eyes and a physique similar to that of a model slumped in a corner. This part of his subconscious was like a small room that was totally white and like a happy place for him where he felt as if nothing would harm him here.

"Kastiel is that you" Noah called out because he had never seen such a man before. In previous moments when Noah had seen Kastiel, he looked like him in every single aspect except height but right now, this man seemed heavenly, almost like a god, with his golden skin and sparkling blue eyes.

Noah found himself staring a bit as he didn't believe anyone could be as handsome as the man in front of him, he was actually envious of this man's looks.

Kastiel looked up with a hint of worry in his eyes which was barely visible and quickly vanished before Noah could notice.

"Why didn't you finish all of them"Noah asked, disappointed by the results. He did not feel injured in this place and although he had the Velcri Cloak, the Venture Conjurer had somehow managed to put enough pressure to crack his bones and since he didn't have the system his slow auto regeneration wouldn't help in this situation.

His question was met with silence as not a single word was uttered by Kastiel. This silence lasted for about a minute before Kastiel replied.

"When you get sloppy again, I won't help you but you were lucky I did," he said looking at Noah with eyes that had a hint of hesitation followed by resolution although somewhere there was worry which was barely noticeable but not totally invisible.

Looking at Kastiel now, Noah decided not to pursue the matter any further although he had other questions like why he didn't use the fire skill to its extent.

"Something stopped him and seeing the situation in which he is, it must be something powerful, maybe he was not allowed to do that?" Noah questioned himself but decided it wasn't the time so he brought up the other elephant in the room.

"Why do you look like a Greek god" Noah asked not hiding his jealousy.

Kastiel smiled and his original "fancy and higher than you" attitude reappeared.

"I have always looked like this, but I didn't have the power at the time to continue disguising myself causing this to come out, "Kastiel said pointing to his body"Are you jealous?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

Noah just looked at the man before him with disdain. " Why did you hide it from me though? Noah asked.

Kastiel just simply brushed off the question.

"No need to keep wasting time, is there?" Kastiel asked.

Just as Noah was about to ask why he vanished from his subconscious and appeared on the battlefield, he saw the thin layer of water "guarding" him and scoffed, ' one single flame and this would be down ' he thought clearly bragging about his skill.

Just then, a huge amount of pain came surging through his body, and just then he remembered that he still had broken bones.

He wanted to know how the fight was going at this point so he conjured a small flame that made a hole through the water wall but was not hot enough to evaporate it. It took all his might to even lift his hand to his line of sight.

He saw that all his teammates were lying on the floor unconscious, all except Althea who was currently in a battle with David. Calvin, who put up the wall was on the brink of going unconscious and if he did, the wall would come down too.

He looked at the heated battle between the two and saw that Althea was giving her full potential but even with her power, David had gone through the first year and had learned more battle techniques, mana skills, and other important knowledge so it would be nearly impossible for her to beat him adding to the fact that even in his year, he was known as one of the strongest.

Seeing the situation, he closed his eyes to calm down as it would be better to act based on reason than emotion or pressure. He could feel the oxygen within him was limited and if he was to use it, he would surely faint but he decided to take the chance.

He concentrated and just as Calvin fainted, he used up 97% of his remaining oxygen and sent out flames that covered only part of the arena. Althea together with David sensed the heat. Althea warped out of the spot while David put up a water shield as he didn't have time to dash. It was extremely strong and lasted a couple of minutes before the flames completely evaporated it and burnt Darius to the point where he fainted. The arena at this point was a bloody mess, with a few limbs here and there, students were covered in boils and blood with some burnt hair. The sight could be called a massacre and no one would object.

Noah collapsed and Althea walked over to the other side and touched the remaining 6 spores.
