The War Goddess In The Modern Era

For two hundred years, the war goddess roamed the heavens and earth searching for the soul of her lover, the god of destruction which disappeared when he was killed in the celestial realm wars.



When she finally feels his presence she begs the Jade Emperor to let her go to the mortal realm to be united with her lover but...

It is against the rule of heavens yet..

Under many great sacrifices she is finally allowed to go to the Earth but...

her lover doesn't recognize her.

Her familiar disappears and

she is striped of her divine power and cultivation.

Meanwhile, the god of destruction is reborn as the illegitimate son of a prominent family leading him to having a difficult childhood and even a traumatic adulthood filled with nightmares.

How will he respond to Mei Xing, the war goddess who is a klutz acting as his secretary due to various complicated reasons.



This is a comedy and sweet story of the War Goddess who struggles to fit in the modern worlds while trying for ways to seduce her lover back while helping him regain his memories.

But things are not easy especially when there are enemies from both mortal and celestial realm waiting for her to get weak to strike and defeat her.



Now the question remains if she can ever cultivate and regain her godhood or will she choose to perish as a mere mortal?
