Progenitor Beast

Finishing the first group of cow deer's Kent pick up the loot. The beast only provide a miniscule amount of loot, as such only a couple of player tried hunting these beast. Moreover they only gave a extremely feeble experience points. So their were almost none to one player trued hunting these beast. These beast were also extremely agile making them hard to hunt.

Unfortunately for them these beast meat were extremely precious. If one sell their gained meat in the town, they would only gain a small amount of reward like 20-30 coppers. But if someone sell such items in the capital, each piece of meat would amount to 60 silver or a single gold.

100- Coppers equivalent to 1 silver.

100- Silver equivalent to 1 gold.

100- gold equivalent to 1 platinum.

100- platinum equipment to 1 Ancient coin.

100- Ancient coin equivalent to 1 world coin.

There prices were extremely far from each other, unfortunately traveling from the Beginning town of the fallen to the capital was extremely taxing. The town doesn't possessed a teleportation hall, so player would normally walk or rent a ride to reach other places. Caused of these only a couple of player only chose this town. These was also the reason why Kent was surprised after knowing that the Destroyer Pavilion pick this town.

So because of these price Kent decided to monopolize the cow deer's meat. One's he arrive at the capital he could sell it in a exorbitant price.

Kent continue his slaughter for 10 more hours before completely wiping out all the cow deer's within the vicinity. He killed more that 8 hundred deer's, he gain a additional 1,900 cow dear's meat. After do a notification pop out.

[You have triggered a hidden event isolating space within a kilometer]

Event: Cow deer's Progenitor's Rage

Difficulty: 4 Star

The space begun to fluctuate separating the space. Followed by a bright light illuminating the surrounding, disturbing Kent's eye sight. Then a 10 meter huge cow deer with a jade like horn appeared.

[Hidden Field Boss]

Name: Jade Cow Deer King (Progenitor) (Ruler)

Level: 20 (Four Star Beast)

HP: 40,000/40,000

Seeing the beast that had appear in front of him, Kent was stunned. How could he defeated a Level 20 boss all by himself, moreover the boss was a Progenitor and a Ruler. Others might not know in this stage of the game was were these title mean but he himself knew.

(Ruler) a title that could let the beast to summon minions that it could command at it's own will.

(Progenitor) gave beast the ability to used power skills from the world, these skill were powerful and devastating.

"Is the world system is making fun of me for monopolizing the cow deer's loot" Kent scratch he's head not knowing what to do.

Even do he reach the True Ascension real in combat standard a standard were people could be consider to be a inhuman monster he was still just a level 3 player. How could he have the sufficient damage to finish of the monster. Moreover he doesn't knew what kind of abilities it possessed from it's progenitor bloodline. Their were also the problem of it summoning a fighter type Cow deer. He was only able to grinned cow deer's earlier because these cow deer's were only at level 0 similar to him more importantly those deer's were only common type beast at 0 star.

But the monster in front of him is on a completely different level, it is a Boss type monster and a four star. Moreover it possessed two troublesome titles, even a player at level 30 facing these monster would be troubled. Only a party of 20 level 30 group would be able to take this monster down, while there chance of winning were still at a 50%. These is the difference between a common monster and a boss.

Before Kent could even finish his thoughts, it's eyes turned red it immediately attack with a wind type magic.

Torrent of winds was shoot towards Kent creating a miniature tornado. Kent immediately evade the attack, as it's attack could caused a fatal damage to him. Even do he evaded a red mark number -50 appeared above his head, representing that he received a damage.

Gritting his teeth Kent dash forward not waiting for another volley of attack. Unexpectedly the beast dash forward with a great speed.

Boom!

The explosion by its force of it's legs caused the earth to tremble.

[Wind Jump] combat technique

Kent performed a footwork combat technique to successfully dodge the incoming attack. Jumping midair by exerting his internal force combined with the wind elements, maneuvering midair.

Kent arrive a top of the beast head. He then execute a Skill. [Horizontal Slash]

A red mark numbered appeared above it's head -20. Seeing the amount of damage he cause, Kent gritted his teeth. This showed the difference between their level and status.

"its defense is so high, how do I supposed to get rid of this damn monster"

Before finishing his cursing Kent was thrown a far by the beast rampage. Maneuvering mid air rotating and forming good movements, Kent was able to avoid getting a critical damage from the fall. He only have a little of half of his original 300 HP.

The beast looked at Kent with a smug expression. When the beast rank and level were on a upper stages, monsters and beast would gradually developed knowledge. Even do the beast was only at level 20 it possessed two titles combined with being a boss type. So the beast had to have possessed some kind of intelligence.

"do I have to used those? Ah! Never mind theirs goes nothing"

Gritting his teeth Kent pull out 40 deer horns with different colors embedded with them.

Boost Horns (Super Rare)

Consumable

Effects: it could boost a player's attribute stats by 10% by 30 minutes. (can be stacked)

"what a waste of money" without any other choices Kent consume all 40 Boost Horn's. These boost Horns were drops from the cow deer's, if one killed more that 20 cow deer's one boost horn would guarantee to be dropped. Kent killed 800 cow deer's so he was able to gain 40 Boost Horn's. in the past when a person found a field that was occupied by a cow deer, such player would instantly be rich as each boost horn is accounted to 50 golds per piece. Moreover it's effect could be stack it could create a invisible player in no time for 30 minutes. Unfortunately cow deer's were so rare that they could only be found every three months in a certain region after being slaughtered. Each time a group of cow deer's appeared Chaos would ensue.

This was why Kent was reluctant to part ways with the Boost Horn's, as he could used it in certain times in the future. Currently cow dear's would appear in the beginning town of the fallen every three weeks. But waiting for three weeks to gain another stack was so long, moreover this is only applicable during the early stages of the game to let the players had a easy time.

Glaring at the Progenitor Beast Kent had no other choice. He also need to gain another title one's he's the first to become a level 15, as it's requirements is for the first person to reach level 15 without being killed.

Kent planned to monopolize multiple titles as some could be stack with each other. Title were extremely rare and hard to come by in the game only 1% or even lower number of players could had the chance to have a title, title were to precious that player who gain good titles would be recruited by multiple guilds and groups if known.
