Blood III

"We need AB negative blood...do you have any more relatives with that blood type ?", Dr. Yu seems rushing. Xiu's condition looks worse than it seems.

"No...it's just her and Brother Wei that have the same blood type...", Wen Yu was scared, he was scared Xiu will not be fine, he was scared she will...she will leave him alone. He can't think straight, his head is full of Xiu, and he needs to save her no matter what happens.

"Take mine, mine is the same as hers", suddenly a man volunteered to donate his blood.

Ji Wen Yu look up at his face. He looks handsome with his white skin, his perfect jawline, his squinty eyes, intimidating looks, broad shoulder, and more, he is like 190 cm tall. There's no way a person like this exists.

"You...you will help her? Your blood is AB negative ?", Ji Wen Yu asked with his swollen eyes, he cried too much that his eyes got smaller.

He smiled, "Yeah, don't worry...your sister must be proud of you, for worrying about her this much", he pats his messy hair.

"Let's go, sir", Dr. Yu lead him. The guy followed Dr. Yu to get more checks up to donate his blood.

Xiu's eyes opened. A light blind her eyes. She tried to sit up but her body feels too sore for her to move. She moves her head to the right side as she felt someone breathing on her hands. She saw Wen Yu sleeping at her side, holding her hand tightly. She smiled, feeling proud of him, the 16 years old boy is growing up, he knows how to take care of sick people now. She caressed his hair softly, she spot the wound at the corner of his lips, he must've got it from Wang Hu Yao.

"Sister Xiu...Sis...Sister Xiu...", he mumbled in his sleep. Still worrying over her in his sleep.

She tried to sit once again, she take her blanket and put it over him so he won't be cold. She gets off the bed, wears her slipper, and gets out from the ward. She goes to the ward Wang Wei Yi's in.

"Brother Wei, I'm sorry...I failed to protect you...", she cried. "You need to take care of yourself, okay?", she held his hand as that was the last time she will meet him, she had no choice as Wang Wei Yi threaten her with Wen Yu and, she have no power to overthrow the most powerful family in the country. This is the least she can do to keep everyone safe.

She cries her eyes out while holding his hand. Suddenly, a voice interrupted her, "Sister Xiu..."

"Xiao Yu...", she wipes her tears at her cheek, "What are you doing here, Xiao Yu?" , she smiled to pretend she is okay.

"I should be asking that, what are you doing here? You are sick! You should've rested in your bed and not here. What if you get hurt? What should I do? I can't afford to see you in that state again, Sister Xiu...", his eyes got teary, afraid that Xiu will get hurt more and more. As she and he knows, we can't predict how far Wang Hu Yao can go to achieve his target.

Xiu forced her smile, "I'm okay, see..", she struggled to stand up.

Ji Wen Yu holds his tears seeing her in that state, he walked toward her and help her to stand, "Let's go back, sister..."

Xiu faces him, "Em, let's go...", she nodded slowly.

Ji Wen Yu helped her walk back to her ward.
