Chapter 38

Faith's last day in Florida before going home, Eve had invited the sisters for some girl time. Snacks, margarita's a beachfront view with lots of laughs.

Grabbing a grape from the tray, Faith said, "We got this. Adam won't know what hit him. When I get into the phone, he's going down."

Grace mentioned, "Let's not get too ahead of ourselves, Sis. We don't know he's actually using Dad. He may be who he says he is. Just because he's a cheater, doesn't mean he's a con man."

With a tick, her sister rolled her eyes. "If you believe that, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona to sell ya."

"I guess we'll see."

Meanwhile, Greg had been at the baseball home stadium all day, working on his pitch. As he walked into the house, the ladies we sitting around his kitchen island, laughing and snacking on the fruit and cheese tray.
