The weekend of the concert they headed to New York just in time for the kick-off of the Christmas season. They quickly got Sam's things out of her apartment and sent a moving company to take her things to Orlando for storage. Her landlord had someone keep watch for her outside her apartment in case Brad showed up, knowing how horrid he had been to her. The older lady was always caring, and Sam loved her. 

At the hotel, Nick had gotten them a double suite once again. His bedroom door was ajar, and Sam heard Nick singing along to his favorite Metal Kings tune from the music blaring through his phone. She giggled hearing him singing along, completely out of tune, and went back to fixing her hair. The last few days with Nick had been great and their friendship had gotten closer than ever.
