Dax had talked to Grace almost daily after returning home. They went out to dinner a couple times with mostly phone conversations in between due to their rigorous schedules. They had become friends, but she felt like at some point they had ended in the friend zone. What she really wanted was to tell Dax she was really starting to have feelings for him.
