Chapter 190

The motel idea probably wasn't one of Faith's finest moments. The place was loud and full of college students on spring break. It was like a maze of drunken bodies making her way to her room. On her way in she pushed a couple out her way as they continued to make out in front of her room.

Finally, inside she flopped down on the bed, exhausted from walking two flights of stairs. Placing her bags down beside her a nice boy from Ohio brushed his curly locks from his face.

"Here you go. If you need anything my friends and I are just down the hall."

"Thanks. Are you sure I don't owe you anything for bringing up my bags?"

"Nah, my sister's pregnant too, and my mom would disown me if I left a pregnant girl carrying her bags up those stairs."

"Well, thank you so much for your help. Your mom raised a good son."

"I'll tell her that. Anyway, have a good vacation."

"Yeah, you too."
