17. End of annoyance.

"So it's all over now?" Ye Mu asks.

"Yes however I would advise you to solve the rest of the situation quickly. I only brought the killers and traitors. You still need to handle the innocents who weren't involved, like the children, or the elderly or stay at home wives." I explain. "I wont kill innocent children, and I frown upon those who do. Quite heavily. A trip to my coliseum heavily." I tell her with narrowed eyes.

She shivers a bit but nods. "I understand. I will handle it all." she says before vanishing in a flash of speed.

Shen Xiu is busy humming while cleaning up my room with a happy smile on her face. Man that bankai did a number on her.

As foe Xiao Ning'er she is staring at me in shock.

"What?" I ask her confused.

"You really killed them all?" She asks with a small frown. There wasnt just members of the sacred family in the group, there were lots of members of other families too. You cant run an operation that large without having others involved.

"I did, along with quite a few others you havent seen, like I said before Aunt Mu was going to do it regardless, I just took it into my own hands." I explain.

She just looks at me for a second before nodding. "Thank you."

I just shrug. "No problem. So what are you going to do now?" I ask.

"What do you mean?" She says confused.

"Well you have high ranking cultivation, so your family cant force you to do anything. Also your so called fiance is dead so what are your plans now?" I clarify.

That stumped her, ever since she was young her whole goal had been to escape the marriage with the scum of the sacred family. Make herself known, get into the sacred border and move into the city lords manor out from under her families thumb.

All of that is solved now, she even watched the death of various elders in her clan who were under the sacred family.

Looking at the blonde across from her however she had a sweet feeling in her heart. Everything had been solved in less than a day. Her sickness which caused her body to ache and pained her every single day. Her cultivation which had stagnated, even that scum from the sacred family had been dealt with permanently.

"Of course I'm going to be following you. You said you would take responsibility for me." She says boldly but with a slight blush on her cheeks.

"That I did. However you should probably know you wont be the only woman in my life if you decide to stay and pursue a romantic relationship." I say bringing the wind out of her sails slightly.

"I understand that, most powerful men in the city have a harem. So I expected it a bit." She says with a small frown.

"Well I have a couple of secrets you'll find out about later if you still want to follow me. Currently I'm not seeing or pursuing anyone." I tell the girl who instantly brightens up. However she then spots Shen Xiu before frowning again.

"Is she going to be living with you?" She asks with a frown.

"Of course I'll live with master!" Shen Xiu says happily.

"More than likely. Usually I'm busy reading and if it wasnt for Aunt Mu I would probably go without eating or sleeping for days. Plus my room is rather messy as is." I frown but smile seeing Shen Xiu has cleaned up quite alot rather quickly. "Not to mention I apparently have some kind of curse when cooking food. I cant cook worth shit! I dunno how it happens."

She narrows her eyes, "I'll ask Aunt Mu if I can live in the courtyard next door, or I'll live here too. I still don't trust her!" She says seriously.

"Well having two beauties take care of me is preferable." I chuckle.

Both girls blush and smile before Ning'er glares at Shen Xiu.

There was a knock on the door.

"Yes?" i call out.

One of the servants enters. "There is a Nie Li requesting to see you, young master." the servant says.

"Oh? Sure send him in." I tell her as Ning'er stands behind me with Shen Xiu still cleaning.

in walks the orange haired teen who looks around curiously.

"Yo!" He waves his hand with a large grin.

"What's up?" I ask as he looks curiously at Ning'er and Shen Xiu.

"I was wondering if we could have a little chat?" He asks.

"Sure, I have a couple of offers for you. Sit." I tell him and direct him to the kitchen table.

I pull out a few items from my spatial ring and set them on the table.

A demon spirit, a vial with a purple drop, some pills.

"A god rank growth spirit, concentrated purple caltrop liquid, and some pills and elixirs. I want diety roots I exchange." I offer the teen.

He examines the goods with an expert eye.

"5 roots." he offers.

"Sure." less work that I have to do later on. "You should help out the alchemist association since I slaughtered the sacred family and most of the dark guild members, the demon wave might come early."

He has a seriously look on his face. "I understand, I'll go there today." I scoops up the items on the table into his spatial ring.

"I also have stuff I need to do. So I dont have time to assist too much." I explain. I plan on going to the prison realm and snagging some new items and materials. Besides I got some projects I want to look into.

"Alright I got it, so are we going to tall about the thing?" he says mysteriously while looking at Ning'er.

"Nope." I wave my hand and throw him out of my house having finished my business. He probably wants to talk about how I know he reincarnated or who I am. I don't though.
