Strange Experience

At this moment Abriella opened her eyes slowly when she heard the sound of a door closing quite loudly. Abriella stared at the glass wall in front of her which showed the natural scenery on the beach. Abriella closed her eyes again, but a second later she opened her eyes again when she realized that she was not currently in her apartment.

Abriella immediately got up from her sleep and walked towards the glass wall which turned out to be a large window in this apartment unit. "Where am I?" Abriella muttered, seeing that the clothes she was wearing were still the same as the clothes she wore before. She clearly remembers that she was watching tv. But, how could she be in this strange place? That's the question in his head right now.

Abriella looked around the luxurious apartment and stopped when she stared at a photograph sitting on a long table under an artistic painting. The beautiful woman approached the table and grabbed the photo on the table. But when she wanted to take the photo, she heard a cough that finally made Abriella immediately undo the intention and turned to face the person who cleared her throat earlier.

"Ah, I'm sorry for being so presumptuous as to want to see…" Abriella stopped her words when she couldn't believe what she was seeing right now. In front of her now stood a handsome man who had blue eyes and a firm jaw. Abriella knew very well… Who was the person who was now standing in front of her.

Abriella did feel weak, but her body did not fall as usual. She stood still and stared at the man in front of her. Abriella also ventured to ask the man, "Wh-who are you?" That question was a very difficult sentence to come out of Abriella's mouth at this time, even though it was only two words.

Abriella could see the man standing in front of her frowning at the question Abriella had just given her, then the man again asked Abriella a question that made Abriella speechless. "I should be the one asking you that, who are you? Why are you in my apartment? Are you… Ah, you're a ghost?" That was the question the man gave to Abriella who was surprised and immediately looked at her body.

Her surprise didn't stop there, because she was surprised again when she saw how her body looked translucent… Abriella could see that her body now looked like an unreal hologram, and she also remembered the question the man had just asked her. "What did you say I was?" Abriella asked looking at the man who was still staring at her strangely.

"Ghost… Are you a ghost?" The man's repeated which was enough to make Abriella feel disapproved.

"No! Don't be like that, because it's impossible! I'm still alive" Abriella said in a raised voice, making the man standing in front of her frown. Feeling disturbed by the high tone that entered his ears.

The man sighed and then looked at Abriella a little tiredly, "Then why do you look like that and… Drift? Are you a ghost who lost his memory?" Ask the man again.

The question also succeeded in making Abriella feel even angrier. She answered with full emphasis on the man in front of her. "I told you, I'm not a ghost!" Abriella protested, she puffed her cheeks in anger and looked at the man very sharply as if to strangle the man.

"Yes, you are a ghost! Even I'm sure you won't be able to touch or pick up the things here with your hands." Said the man again which made the fire inside Abriella ignite quickly. She doesn't accept herself being discriminated against in this place.

Abriella also snorted loudly, she then folded her arms forward and lifted her chin at the man. A defiant impression emerged from within Abriella, but the man standing in front of her didn't feel afraid at all and just looked at Abriella with a disdainful look. "I told you I'm still alive! And shouldn't you be the one who died?" The question just came out of Abriella's mouth which was full of curiosity how could someone who should have died, still breathe and look fit in front of her right now? Even Abriella doesn't understand why she is the one who is now a ghost, isn't that a strange thing?

Yes, the man who is now standing in front of Abriella is a man who committed suicide some time ago whose news of his death became trending and number one discussion in almost all television stations and social media.

David, the man frowned at the accusation that the foreign woman had hurled at him. David stepped closer to the woman and said, "What are you saying? Don't carelessly say things like that! Don't you see? I'm still alive, and breathing! Realize… You are the only one not breathing between the two of us." Hearing the words that David said to her, Abriella was silent and thought about what was going on.

Brak! Abriella and David jumped when they heard the sound of the door slamming loudly which made David immediately turn towards the entrance. While Abriella, who also turned towards the door, suddenly opened her eyes elsewhere.

Abriella woke up on the sofa with the sound of the television on, she got up and was silent for a while. Trying to think about what she had just experienced, and finally she realized that the incident she had met with David earlier was just a dream.

Abriella brushed her hair back and muttered. "Could it be because I thought too much about this incident?" He said who then looked at the television and took the television remote to turn off that lit box.

That night Abriella was soaking herself in the bathtub with the aromatherapy that she mixed into the water. She also lit a few candles that smelled the same which then made her even more relaxed.

Abriella, who was listening to classical music playing from her cellphone, contemplated while playing the purple foam. 'Am I overthinking David's message before he killed himself? So I keep thinking about it?' Abriella asked herself in her mind. She was calmer now and could think about David's death. She doesn't know what caused it, but maybe because she met David in her dream and chatted with her casually in her dream.

Abriella turned to her cellphone which suddenly turned on, getting a message she received from Natasha.
