The Principal Is Beheaving Strangely

Soon all the teachers left. Sophia was a bit reluctant to go. In the end she gave me a kiss on the forhead and left. I can understand why she is treating me like this. She had a little brother and I looked a little similar to him. Unfortunately her brother died in an accident. She thinks of me as her little brother, so this is why I am getting this kind of treatment.

I had thought to ask her about the mutant boss monster and the abnormality of the dungeon. But on the other hand I think it would be better if I ask about it another time and in a more private location. The incident last night has made me little more alert. There are so many abilities in this world. Who knows maybe there is someome keeping an ear on our conversation.

...

After all the teachers went out of the special ward a janitor who was clearing outside the ward went back to the store room. He put a barrier around him and sat down and took a rune out and started speaking.

"All teachers are gone. I have kept an eye on all the people who went to meet the student and also heard the conversation that happened between the students themselves and with the teachers which is from morning to noon. No abnormalities detected so far. I will continue to monitor the students until they left the hospital."

After speaking the man put the rune in storage artifact and removed the barrier.

...

Next day soon came. Due to yesterday's incident I stayed awake the entire night. Due to which I now have bags under my eyes. But I am not the only one who had bags. There were some students who weren't able to sleep and I also heared someone crying quietly. The doctors thought that yesterday the students were able to sleep properly due to the exhaustion and physical and mental fatigue we suffered in the dungeon. But I think that this is due to the person who came to check us. He must have mixed something in the air to make the students asleep.

Today we are going back to school. The three students who lived together with me in the dormitory are dead. Maybe I will be able to experiment with the cube. I hope that the prince should not have any suspicions on us now. At 3 pm we got out the hospital. Four teachers were with us. But as soon as we got out many reporters swarmed us.

Some students immediately shrunk back. Even though the students had recovered a little, it could not said same for all of them. They need more time. Out of 8 teachers and 70 students who went into the dungeon only 19 came back alive.

When the reporters hurled questions at the students like

What happened in the dungeon?

What did the monster looked like?

How did the monster killed your friends?

they unconsciouly rememberd the things that happened in the dungeon.

Teacher shouting

Their friends screaming

Some in pieces lying in the pool of blood

They were trying hard to bury the memories. They don't wanted to see these things again.

Ahhh

Many students started crying and screaming.

I also made a fearful face. But

'Aren't these reporters are going a bit far?'

The teachers became angry and shouted at the reporters to stop this. But they didn't respond. They tried to use force but the reporters still didn't care and instead some appeared in front of them, ready to confront. The teachers became stunned.

'Since when these reporters became this agressive?'

The teachers don't know what to do. Even though they were of F-rank they still couldn't stop these reporters. Because some people among these reporters were also of F-rank.

Suddenly a booming voice came from behind the reporters.

"You idiots! You dare to fight against the teachers of my school. You are also making them remember the horrible things that they are trying hard to forget. Where are your morals? Do you really think I can't do nothing against you?"

Every reporter felt an oppresive aura on them. They looked behind and saw an man who was in seventies and was wearing a black suit looking over the reporters with his sharp eyes. Even though he was old he had the physicue of a man in his forties.

"Tch."

"He is the principal of the school and has D-rank."

"Damn, he has an aura!"

"Hm... why he is beheaving like this today?"

"Dosen't he flatter us whenever we come to his school. So why he is different today?"

"Lets go."

I looked over the man and instantly recognized him. He is the principal of the school. His is of D-rank. Soon the reporters scattered away. The principal came near us and said with a smile.

"My dear students, you don't need to worry. Principal is here, these reporters won't dare to come near you again."

Hearing the principal speak like this Arthur immediately wanted to roll his eyes but stopped himself. He was not alone as other students and teachers wanted to roll eyes too but they didn't dare to. From the memories Arthur knew that this principle was not as caring as he seemed to be now. He is actually the complete opposite. Whenever he visits a class to check the students' performance he would beat them into a bloody pulp if they are not performing well which he says is punishment. But this is the only for boys. He never punished a girl. But he always looks at the girls with lecherous eyes. So even though he did not punish girls, they are still fearful of him.

He also didn't come to meet the students in the hospital. Even though the teachers had said to the students that the principal was currently outside of city and wasen't able to meet them but the teachers themselves didn't believe it. In reality, he dosen't care for students. When they were in hospital he should be in school beating some students again and looking at the girls with lecherous eyes.

So now when he here in front of them, looking at them without caring eyes, everyone was stunned.

'There is something wrong with this old man. Usually whenever a reporter appears he flatters them everytime time. Beheaving like what a servant would do in front of his master. So why he is like this today? Also the reporters too. Like like they really want to now what happened in the dungeon. Some also went as far as to clash with the teachers."
