CHAPTER 21- BROTHER

I was very happy to talk to Priscilla.I felt that something had improved in my life.For a while I watched the snow fall and then went to sleep. In the office when I reached my cabin, I saw that a letter was kept on my table.I took off my overcoat and hung it in the corner of my chair, I picked up that letter from the table with the name of our company written on it.I rang the bell on my table to call the peon.A peon came in, it was not the peon that used to come to my cabin often,But I did not pay much attention to it and asked him that "Why did you put this letter on my table, you should have shown it to neha mam?"

"Sir, she has just gone to an important meeting with Ritojha mam, so I put it on your table"he said.

"Ok you can go now"I said.He left the room.

I signed the register kept on the table and then opened that letter, it was written that

"What?"Turning over the letter, I wondered who this man is and what gift he was talking about, But that's when my cabin door opened and Mr.Tushar came in." Good morning sir"he said.

"Good morning"

"Ritojha mam is waiting for you on the ground floor"

"Waiting for me?"

"Yes sir"

"Ok just a second"I lifted my overcoat from the chair and left the room with him.I was wearing my overcoat hurriedly while going down the stairs. Ritojha mam who looked a bit upset was saying something to Neha mam, I heard that Neha mam was telling her that "we should do something as soon as possible or else... "But she looked at me and she became silent, I found it a bit strange but I wished good morning to both of them without paying attention to these things.

"Good morning, Mr. Ravi, any progress in the work you were given" Ritojha mam said.

"Aaaa... "

"When the voice is trembling it means no,obviously I have just found out from Mr Tushar what happened there.Look Ravi, I have employed you to work here and not to be confused in your family problems."

"You are one of my best employee I expect best work from you, and Mr.Arnab wants to open the factory as soon as possible so you better know what you have to do."

"I hope so"Neha mam said in a lazy voice.

"Good"Ritojha mam said and they both went upstairs.

"So let's go Mr Tushar".

"Ya.. oh yes sir"he said.We had just reached the main gate when "Sir aaa... it is better that you do not go there because you.... "He said hesitantly.

"Nothing is more important than work right now Mr.Tushar,so I think we should leave now, right".

"Yes sir".

We got into my car.For almost an hour neither of us said anything.I was just preparing myself for an emotional tragedy.

"Have you ever lost someone you loved" I said.

"What sir?" Mr.Tushar said.

"Have you ever lost someone you loved"I repeated.

"There is no one sir who has not lost anyone, I have also lost someone who was very close to my heart"he said in a calm but firm tone.

"I'm sorry for your loss,was it difficult for you?"

"Not as much as we think it is, Aaaa..It depends on you how much you loved her".I turned on the car's music player, a silent music started playing.I felt a little better listening to that music.

We got there.Many trucks are parked there and some worker was unloading those trucks."Sir we didn't get any information about it, right"Mr.Tushar said.

"Mr.Tushar find out what's going on here" I said looking around.

"Yes sir"He went to the trucks and start asking the workers something. That's when "Good morning Ravi".I looked back,Nirmalya sir who was wearing a yellow suit and the same goggles what he was wearing when I first saw him, was stood behind me.He was accompanied by Eve who wore a red shirt and black jeans, and two guards.

"Good morning sir,you are here... "

"Dad was saying that I should also check the site once, so I came here".

"Nice to see you here, sir"

"Well everything is fine but that house" He pointed to my uncle's house,"It is not a part of our company yet,I heard that you were also sent to solve this problem but you also have some problems here,today Miss Ritojha was saying something to dad about this".

I opened the door of the house and we went inside.

"Maybe we should have rung the doorbell, right" Eve said.

"Is someone at home" I shouted. Alan ran out of the kitchen. "Ravi" he said.

"Alan, where is aunty?"

"She is not at home. She has gone out to meet Robert."

"You all please sit.I make tea for you guys"He went to the kitchen.

"I first saw Jeny right here"I pointed to the stairs.That's when the door of the upper room opened and a girl came down "Ra..Ravi"She was Jeny....
