The Villain Saves the Male Lead

It was fairly late by the time everyone went to bed – Wolf and Pax decided to stay overnight.

In the morning, over breakfast, Rudy briefed the other children about the events of last night, and Pax explained that there would be a few extra guards for the six babies at school today. Being the super efficient person he was, Pax had already spoken to the Headmaster in the morning and gotten the required approvals for the extra security. In addition, a background check for every single person at the school was also being run simultaneously. No one wanted a repeat of this kind of a situation.

Sylvia frowned at the adults. "It's not that we can't protect ourselves," she said with a pout. "Five of us are powerful magical creatures who can beat silly humans up in our sleep, and Rudy can mess up an entire army by himself."

Shadow nodded in agreement. "It is not so easy to kidnap us," he said. "I will beat up anyone who dares to try!"
