CHAPTER 1: Xin Zhao

My life is miserable

After I graduated my college, I was able to be part of one of the big companies in the country that specialize in manufacturing industrial equipment. I was one of the core researcher and developer of their products. After a decade of service, I was able to create a machine that can improve the efficiency of manufacturing but when I was presenting it, my coworkers sabotaged my creation leading to casualties when it was operated. At the end, I was kicked out of the company giving my last salary. To my frustration I shut my self at home and addicted my self in playing league of legends.

Due to my hatred, I never noticed that I was playing the game for almost two days when suddenly something blows up inside my head. It seems like my veins blow up due to stressed of not sleeping and continuous playing. While my vision is slowly fading, I heard a voice inside my head.

"Identified host "

"Starting system binding 1%, 2%, 3%.... 100%, system binding successful "

"Searching system development reference …. searching succeed, identified reference League of Legends"

"Starting system integration 1%, 2%, 3%, ...….,"

I was not able to comprehend the voice inside my head until everything went dark. When I wake up everything is green it seems like I am inside a forest. "What happened?".

"System response: you are currently transmigrated in another world"

"Eh? Something talking in my mind is it my hallucination?"

"System response: it is not a hallucination"

What the hell is this real? Maybe I am turning to be a psychopath, I understand now how does it feel of those crazy people on the mental hospital when they suddenly talked even though there is no one responding on them. Wait it said that I was not in a hallucination maybe I should ask it.

"Uhm, who are you and where I am?'"

"System response: I am the universal system that is currently bounded to the host and the host is currently inside the wild forest between the border of earth and dark continent"

"What? Then where is the world I am currently at?"

"System requesting to the host to name himself"

Wait name? huh? I can't remember my name. maybe it should be erased and I think it is intentionally erased. If I can't remember my name then I should think of my name. Alright I will proceed with Michael.

"Michael"

"System response: host successfully named "

"Congratulation host Michael for naming himself, system will now give rewards "

"Host acquired appraisal "

When Michael heard the response of system, he was immediately curious to the system announcement," maybe I should check what function this appraisal have"

Suddenly a row of words and numbers appear in front of Michael.

When his status appeared in front of Michael, he asks the system "system what is this? ".

"System response: this is the function of appraisal when the host focus his attention to an object and think of appraising a row of number will appear in front of the host including the name of the object." The system replied.

Then Michael nod and ask a question again," uhm system what kind of I am currently at? "

"System response: host is currently at mid level world where there are existence of qi and magic" said by the system "the world is currently divided into six continents namely as earth, fire, water, wind, dark, and mainland continent".

When Michael heard the response of the system truly believed that this place is not earth and the system here differ in earth specially with the existence of qi and magic this only exist in fantasy novel on earth, currently Michael was really shocked on the development of the event but he is not overwhelming by the new environment since in his previous life he is addicted in reading these fantasies when he is a teenager. Michael calmly assessed the situation then asked the system, "system if I am at a world with qi and magic then the environment here is different especially the animal and plants in this forest? And if I am appraised as human then there should be other races here?".

"System response: host conclusion is correct there is a large difference of animals here and earth, currently the earth lion is only equivalent on a level 5 life form on this world. moreover, the animals here can wield magic to attack it can be elemental or body enhancing magic"

"On the other hand, there are other intelligent life form in this world aside from the humans including the animals"

When Michael confirmed his conclusion, cold sweat appears from his face. "Shit, how can I survive in this world I am a normal civilized man on earth!! I want to go home already" Michael whispered to himself while sitting on the ground.

After a couple minute of thinking, Michael was able to calm himself. Then he realized the existence of the system, if his knowledge isn't wrong then this system should have goal and would assist him in his current situation.

Then he said to the system "system what is your goal in binding in to me? What can you do?"

"system response: the system cant tell the host of the goal of the system host do not have sufficient authority requesting host to enhance his strength to level up his authority" the system said then answer Michael followed up question " the system will assist host to get stronger the system will give the host tasked to accomplished the host needed to accomplished the task to gain reward from the system and increase his level of authority and if the host is not able to accomplished the mission the system will take a level on the host based on the level of mission".

Michael suddenly confirmed that the system is the same as the support system on those light novels on earth.

"System currently needed the confirmation of the host to authorize its function, the system is requesting the host to authorize the system"

Michael then responds," system I authorize the function of the system"

"The system confirmed the affirmation of the host, the system is currently activated its function. The system is currently integrated to the game league of legends of earth the system will now start the host rewarding the system is now requesting the host choice"

"Wait system league of legend?" asked by Michael with a disbelieving look on his face.

"The system is currently integrated league of legends as reference to develop the host, the host is now requested to choose his current occupation"

Then Michael thoroughly thinks of the situation, in league of legends there are currently 5 classification of occupation these are mage, marksman, fighter, support and jungle. Currently Michael is thinking if the system is integrated in the game, then he should be receiving the abilities of the game characters.

Michael can't decide his choice then turn to system for suggestion" system to my current situation which would be the optimal choice to choose?".

"System response: the host is currently at the forest the host should choose a jungling occupation"

Michael gave a nod to the system response, his optimal choice should be jungle," the system I choose jungler"

"The system confirmed the host choice system is now requesting the host to choose the character to be integrated to the host"

When the system announcement was heard by Michael a grin appears on his face because he is able to confirm that there would be a relation to the character of LOL to his current development.

Then he thinks of the jungler of LOL he thinks of the character that are humans in the game afraid of getting the appearance specially khasix he is afraid to get its insect look and grow a blade on his arms. He first thinks of the idealistic weapon and from his current situation the spear is the best since it has a long range than swords then the first character that appear on his mind is Xin Zhao.

Xin Zhao is a character of LOL with a warrior looks and uses spear his passive ability can heal him and his skills is good for farming specially his skills his first skill can knock up the enemies in third hit, his second skill can improve his attack speed and the third skill can dash to the enemies and lastly his ultimate skill can push back the enemy in his back when he swings the spear. Because of this Michael decided to choose the character of Xin Zhao.

"System I choose Xin Zhao" said by Michael with an expectant look.

"The system confirmed the host choice, system will now produce the character of Xin Zhao creation complete currently integrating to the host 1%, 2%, 3%....".
