I have not seen one in a while. Callista thought, looking at the creature in front of him.
"Callista." Osbert pulled the man back just as the creature lunged at them. "Stay behind me."
"Oh, you don't need to worry about that," Callista said, walking to the creature writhing on the ground. "Hello."
"Callista!"
"Poor thing." He said, touching its head gently as a frown came on his face. "This is how bad the disease has gotten? I am sorry. I am working on it, I promise."
The creature looked at him, eyes full of sadness as Callista murmured something under his breath and, in no time, something came out of the creature and into Callista.
Losing his balance, Callista fell back into Osbert's ready arms, holding him tight. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah," Callista said, gritting his teeth in pain as they stared at the creature in front of them convulsing before a hand shot out from its back.
