Listening

"How did you know-?"

"You are quite easy to read." The man said, smiling at Jel. "Well, what do you say? Why don't we go together?"

Jel merely looked at the man with a bored expression on his face before snapping his fingers as clothes appeared on his body with the cape he usually wears, draped over his left shoulder.

He, then, turned to Osbert, frowning slightly, "By the way, where were you? You suddenly disappeared and I worried that you might have been kidnapped or … killed. How could you leave me alone?"

"I apologise," Osbert said, furrowing his brows at Jel. "I didn't mean to leave you alone for so long, I just thought it was going to be a couple of seconds and then I would come back to you."

"Don't leave me even for a couple of seconds." Jel lightly hit him on the arm, really annoyed this time. "If I have a nightmare and you are not there it can turn very sour for me."
