"I can't believe you got them to listen to you." Nil said, walking on Jel's left. 

"I know right? You did not even raise your voice and you just spoke so calmly and the entire air seemed like it was going to disappear if you told it to." Jorod said, eyes sparkling. 

Osbert walked behind the three of them with Akemi, trying to keep his jealousy in check because he knows that Jel is not trying to flirt with them or anything, he just did what he felt like he had to and it wasn't his fault that he got their admiration. 

"Oh! And you too!" Jorod turned to Osbert suddenly, pointing at the man with a bright and excited smile on his face. "You were so cool! How were you even able to stop that spear? Let alone even see it coming?" 

"I don't know," Osbert said, looking at his hands, still feeling the tingly sensation from when he caught the spear and then broke it in half.
