Calm

Oh no, they know. Osbert thought, starting to panic, just enough for it to be evident in his eyes but not anywhere else. What do we do? I have to tell Jel.

They cannot find out that he is the King they have been talking about. What will they do to him if they found out about that? They will then find out that there is a world for those other creatures but not for them and they will grow mad.

None of them will want to listen to Jel's side of the story. And, while I wouldn't blame them, Jel is not at fault either. He is just doing what he can to help and make sure everyone is able to be at peace.

Jel whistled beside Osbert, resting his head in his hands while staring at the three. "They are certainly sharp people, don't you think so, Osbert?"

"Jel." Osbert quickly grabbed him and started shaking him relentlessly. "What do we do? They are going to find your secret and it is not going to end well for anyone."
