Osbert tried to convince him for longer but paused the moment he saw the contented smile on his face and understood what he is trying to say and do.
Smiling in resignation, he nodded at him.
"What else do you want?" Jel asked, frowning at the man. "You know that I am the Eternal king right? I could try to restore your youth to you. I could give you anything back."
"I do not want anything."
"What about Osbert? Are you just going to leave him?" Jel asked, frowning at the man, sounding ten times more agitated than Osbert felt.
The man looked at Osbert for a couple of seconds and then smiled, "He is alright, I do not have to worry about him anymore."
"What if he still needs you? Are you just going to leave him alone?"
"Jel, calm down," Osbert said, wrapping his arms around the man, holding him tight as Jel did try too hard to break out of his grasp. Because Osbert knows that he would be able to if he wanted to.
