"Alby! There you are!" Lily ran to him as quickly as she could, face full of worry. "I was looking for you everywhere and no one seemed to know where you were. Where did you disappear to?"

"I was just in the roof." He said, pointing upwards. "Sorry that I worried you, I did not mean to do that."

"I know you didn't, Alby. I know." She said, sucking in a breath. "Come on, I think we should go to a secluded spot first. I want to talk with you."

"I'm sorry, Lily, I am not going to be able to go with you." He said, looking at the woman cautiously. "I have to go and do something else."

"What could be so important?" She asked, brows furrowed. "Alby, tell me you are not thinking what I think you are thinking."

"I need to go back to Jel."

"No." She said, grabbing his arm. "You can't do that."

"Why not?" He asked, frowning at her. "Lily, in case you have forgotten, he is still my mate. I have every right to go to him."
