"Why? Did you not pledge your loyalty to me just now?" I asked with a frown and all the knights turned to look at me with worry. Though they didn't understand the beasts, they could understand me well and see the anger in my eyes.

"It does not mean that we are god and protect a few humans from a whole lot of beasts. And we can still protect you but it does not mean that we will be able to protect all of them and you will ever be able to win the war!!" The beast shook his head as if he was highly disappointed in me and my words and I sighed.
