A week in total Mr. Wallmer spent some time recovering. And on this seventh day, his condition has improved, he even looks much healthier now.

This afternoon a business colleague and friend came to see him. He came with his son, apparently, it was the man who was said to be introduced to Gwyneth.

"I'm glad to see how you are now." Said the old man with white hair who looked the same age as Mr. Wallmer. "This is my son, he just came back from France. He left his business there, now I ask him to go home and continue my business here," he said.

"Mr. Wallmer, nice to meet you." The handsome young man named Peter shook Mr. Wallmer's hand.

"The last time I saw you, you were in your twenties," said Mr. Wallmer. "This is my daughter Gwyneth, and next to her is Joseph, my confidant." Mr. Wallmer introduced it.

"Hi . . ." Peter held out his hand and Gwyneth took it.

"Hi," Gwyneth replied less friendly.
