She was my stepsister

Tessa made her way towards the Principal office to make him pay for his mistake but Mr Robert didn't know what he would face in a while. She reached and asked for permission to get into his office.

Tessa greeted him.

"What are you here for?" the principal asked.

"I'm here to complain about my teacher," Tessa said.

"Who?" the principal asked.

"Mr Robert, he sometimes tried to misbehave with many students, and I tried to inform you about his behaviour but didn't get a chance," she said in one go.

Soon Mr Robert was called into his office and asked him if that was true or not. He declined her statement because that was not true. The principal was about to instruct him to resign but Tessa interrupted him. She pretended as if she got someone wrong and asked for sorry.

"I'm sorry sir, actually I think I misheard the conversation. It wasn't Mr Robert because I know Mr Robert is very polite and good, he would never do that," she said with a smirk on her face in Mr Robert's directions.

The principal warned her not to blame someone without any proof otherwise she would suffer. She hummed in response and apologized before leaving his office with Mr Robert.

Mr Robert was frustrated with her behaviour and asked her about what she did inside his office. She laughed and said, "I think you forgot about our relationship, don't you dare to go against me otherwise you know my mother. Her name is Sofia and I guess you can remember that from now onwards," she said and went away.

On the flip side, Lisa heard their conversation by chance as she was out of the class for some work. But she was shocked to hear when Tessa named her mother "Sofia" because her stepmother sounds the same as Tessa's mother.

Soon she put a full stop on her imagination when she heard the footsteps of Mr Robert coming in her direction. She thought of going away from his sight but Mr Robert called her name and asked what she was doing there?

"Nothing important, I just came out of work," Lisa said.

"Okay," Mr Robert said and made his way towards his office but Lisa asked him something that made him stop midway.

"Are you really in any kind of relationship with her?" Lisa asked.

Mr Robert raised his eyebrows and looked at her with a weird expression as he thought that she must have heard our conversation with Tessa. He turned to see Lisa but with that, she raised another question for him.

"Have you seen her mother in person," she asked that question to get out of the confusion.

For few seconds, he didn't answer.

"Yes, I have seen her mother in person," he said. Again she raised a question.

"Is she a gangster?"

He hummed in response, her imagination got clear enough to know that Tessa's mother was her stepmother.

But Mr Robert was confused about her behaviour, asking about Tessa's mother and then he raised a question to her.

"Do you know her mother by any chance?" he asked. "Yes, she is my stepmother," Lisa answered him. Mr Robert was kinda shocked to know that Lisa and Tessa were the stepsisters. Lisa made her way towards the class to ask Tessa if she knew about their connection.

Tessa was reading her book when Lisa approached her. Without taking her outside the class, she asked her in front of all the students including Louis.

"Did you know that we were practically related?" Lisa asked.

Tessa laughed and didn't seem to pay any attention to her.

"Did you know or not?" Lisa said with an angry expression on her face. Louis went to her to know about the whole situation. He was always the last to know about everything.

"What if I say yes?" Tessa said and stoop up from her seat. "Then why didn't you tell me earlier?" Lisa asked. "I thought of informing you but..," She didn't want to finish her sentence because if she did it would make the situation worse for her.

"But what?" Lisa asked her.

"But then I heard about your dad that he...," she was about put a full stop to her sentence but Lisa interrupted her as she knew what she gonna speak. Tessa also made one thing clear to her about her dad.

"Lisa did you remember the day when your dad was punished by my mother?" she asked but Lisa didn't have any guess about what she was uttering.

When she said that he got punishment because of you, that made Lisa stunned.

"No problem, I will make you come out of confusion my sister. That day, we fought over Mr Robert and I couldn't tolerate your misbehaviour with me then. So, I told my mother to teach you a very good lesson that you can remember for your life but bad luck your dad came in between to save you from her. So, ultimately, he got your punishment. And now I hope I made everything clear about the past," Tessa said and Lisa was about to slap her but Louis stopped her from doing anything for what she has to go to the Principal office.

They didn't exchange any words after that conversation because Lisa wanted her stepmother Sofia to make things clear to her about everything.

On her way back home, Lisa told everything to Louis from start to end. Soon she reached the house and called her name aloud enough to stop her from doing anything.

She came out of her room and asked her, why was she calling her name not by what she used to call her.

"Make everything clear to me about my mother, my dad and Tessa," she asked.

Sofia was alarmed when she heard her talking about Tessa.

"How do you know about Tessa?" she asked out of curiosity.

"Oh fuck that and tell me now," she asked. Sofia was out of words to tell her about anything.

"I guess that's none of your business," Sofia stated.

"It is my business," Lisa said.

Before Sofia could answer her, Tessa came into the house and told her mother about what she was asking Lisa.

"I told her about my connection with her," she said, which made her mother raise an eyebrow towards her.

"Don't worry mother, she won't be able to do anything now because I made my path clear already that a girl like her could never dare to come in," Tessa said with an evil smile on her face.

Lisa felt alone because she missed her dad's presence, fighting for her against that lady but Louis didn't fail to make her feel lonely.
