Chapter 42 (Ending Season Chapter): New Guy in Town

Jeffrey's POV

It has been 6 hours since Ace's blood transfusion and we're just waiting for a miracle and hoping that he will make it through.

Hindi kami mapakali at makakain ni Lucille at hindi rin namin maramdaman ang gutom dahil din sa sobrang kaba at pagaalala and naghihintay na lang kami sa magiging result.

"Sino 'yung lalake na nagdonate ng dugo kay Ace?" Lucille asked me.

"Hindi niya sinabi ang pangalan niya pero ang sabi niya lang, Ace doesn't need to know his name but this is his way of thanking Ace and he's just returning the favor noong si Ace ang nagdonate ng dugo para sa kanya." I answered.

We're so grateful doon sa lalaking nagdonate ng dugo para kay Ace and we're just praying that everything will be all right.

While we're still waiting for the results, a news flash showed up on the TV screen na nakalagay sa wall ng hospital.

News Flash: Isang 33 Anyos na lalaki, na ang pangalan ay Rence Valdez, ay inaresto dahil sa diumano'y panghahalay sa sariling anak na lalaki na menor de edad. Si Valdez ngayon ay hinatulan ng lifetime imprisonment dahil sa kasong child abuse, rape, and child abandonment—

Lucille was so happy when she found out what happened to Rence after surrendering to the police. It was really a tragic fate that he deserves after all these years. Siguro naman magtatanda na siya after all the mistakes that he have done and for me, kulang pa 'yun para sa kasalanan na ginawa niya not only for Ace but sa lahat na rin.

Ace is still not yet awake but pinuntahan namin ni Lucille ang lalaking nagdonate ng dugo kay Ace.

Pagkapasok namin sa kwarto kung saan siya nagpapahinga, nakangiti siya sa amin ni Lucille and binati niya kami agad.

"Good evening po." he said while giving us a smile.

"Maraming maraming salamat sa pagdonate mo ng dugo kay, Ace." Lucille said while she's holding the hands of the unknown guy who donated his blood for Ace.

"Hindi po, ako po dapat magpasalamat kay Ace. Kung hindi dahil sa kanya, wala na po siguro din ako dito sa mundo. Hehe." he said while giving us a sheepish smile.

"You really don't want us to tell Ace who you are?" I asked him.

"Hindi na po. Okay na ako na natulungan ko siya." he said.

"Sige, basta kapag may kailangan ka, tawagan mo lang ako and tutulungan kita." Lucille said and she gave her number to the unknown guy.

We were about to leave the room when the nurse hurriedly went to us.

"Mrs. Lucille!" the nurse shouted.

"Bakit?" Lucille asked worriedly.

"Si Martin Ace po..." the nurse said, "Gumising na siya! pero iyak po siya ng iyak at nagwawala! Hinahanap ka niya!"

Lucille was about to cry but huminga siya ng malalim and pinunasan niya ang mga luha niya na patulo pa lamang.

"This time, ayoko makita ng anak ko na umiiyak ako." Lucille said and she smiled at me.

We went to Ace's room and pinanood ko lang silang dalawa sa loob while I'm outside since Ace might not want to see me for the meantime.

It was so painful seeing Ace crying and he was hugging his mother like he doesn't want to let her go. Masaya ako since gising na si Ace but nalulungkot ako para sa kalagayan niya and I really don't know what will happen next.

I can hear Ace crying loudly kahit na nasa labas ako ng room niya at damang dama ko 'yung sakit na dinadala niya na para bang ayaw niya na mabuhay.

"Bakit niyo pa ko binuhay! Ayoko na! Sana hinayaan niyo na lang ako mamatay!" he shouted and cried.

Pinapatahan ni Lucille si Ace and she's making sure na hindi siya iiyak since baka hindi niya kayanin kapag sinabayan niya ang lungkot at sakit na nararamdaman ni Ace.

Since ayaw tumigil ni Ace sa kakasigaw at kakaiyak, we gave him tranquilizer to calm him down and for him to be able to rest.

After Ace had calmed down and nakatulog na rin siya, lumabas na si Lucille ng kwarto and that's when she started crying and hugged me.

"Ilabas mo lang, Lucille. Don't worry, I'll be here for Ace. Hindi ko siya pababayaan." I said as I tap her back gently making sure that she has me and I won't let her down.

We went to a specialist... to a psychiatrist that will be able to help Ace overcome his trauma since kapag hindi ito naagapan, it may take a huge toll on him and baka mas lalo niyang saktan ang sarili niya.

As we coordinated with the psychiatrist, the doctor told us that Ace will need weekly therapy session for the first few months once na medyo nakakagalaw na siya ng mas maayos. Ace is a little bit unstable at this time and maling galaw lang namin and it might be the end of him. But I'll make sure to keep Ace alive and he'll be back to normal... babalik siya sa Ace na nakilala namin na masakit magsalita pero napakabait na tao at hindi na namin makikita itong Ace na mahina.

Unknown POV

As I watch Ace sleeping on his bed, nalulungkot ako. Sana, pati 'yung sakit na nararamdaman niya ay pwede ding ishare sa akin para hindi na siya masyadong mahihirapan at masasaktan.

It's so sad to see him in this situation. Pero pinapangako ko, Ace, as long as I'm here... You'll be safe and alive. We now share the same blood sa katawan natin. You have mine and I have yours.

"Don't worry, Ace... Soon, makikilala mo rin ako and ako mismo ang magpapakilala sayo. And by that time, hindi ko na hahayaang masaktan ka. It has been so long and palagi lang kitang pinapanood sa malayo. I'll get closer to you someday and take care of you. For now, I'll return the favor to you for saving my life back then when I was about to die."

I left a letter in Ace's hands hoping na makita niya ito pag-gising niya and sana makatulong 'yun para hindi na siya mahirapan. I know someday, magkikita ulit kami ni Ace.

"Bye, Ace. See you around." I said as I gently touch his face.

1 month after

Ace's POV

It has been a month after the incident... and nakarecover na rin ako kahit papaano with the help of my family and friends.

"Kamusta ka na, Ace? How are you feeling right now?" the psychiatrist asked me.

"I'm feeling a little bit better although I can still feel the pain in my heart. But I think... I can manage." I said and smiled at the psychiatrist.

"Oh, baka hindi mo na pala ako kailangan niyan?" he said and laughed.

"Hindi po... Kaunti na lang po siguro and I'll be okay. Thank you for being a friend to me, Doctor." I said and I stood up to shake hands with him.

Phone ringing!

"Wait lang doc, sasagutin ko lang." I said to my doctor and answered the phone as it was Zeus who's calling me.

"Wifey! Nasaan ka na? Nandito na ako sa airport! Baka mawala ako! Hindi ko kabisado 'tong Manila!" Zeus shouting on the other line.

"Bahala ka mag-isa dyan! Gusto mo pumunta ng Manila 'di ba? Now, nasa Manila ka na! Happy Trip!" I said and I laughed.

"Wifey naman! Isusumbong kita kay Tita Lucille!" Zeus exclaimed.

"Go ahead! Para namang kakampihan ka niya? Haha!" I answered, "Oo na, hintayin mo kami ni Jeffrey dyan. Susunduin ka namin."

"Bilisan niyo, mamaya may humablot sa akin dito!" Zeus said.

"Sa laki mong 'yan walang magtatangkang hablutin ka! Baka sila pa matakot sa laki ng katawan mo! Sige na, papunta na kami ni Jeffrey." I said.

As I left the physciatrist's room, pinuntahan ko na si Jeffrey sa lobby to meet him up.

"Jeffrey, tapos na ko. Tara, sundiin na natin si Zeus sa airport?" I asked him.

"Let's go." he said while smiling at me.

"Hindi ka ba natagalan sa paghihintay sa akin?" I asked him.

"Nope, I've already waited 17 years... Ano ba naman 'yung maghintay na lang ako ng less than a year?" he said and laughed.

"What are you talking about?" I exclaimed, "I mean 'yung paghihintay sa therapy session ko!"

Jeffrey laughed and said, "Yes, I know, I was just kidding. But hindi mo na pwedeng bawiin 'yung sinabi mo sa akin noon."

"Alin doon? I can't remember." I said.

"Makakalimutan ka talaga, Ace... Or baka kinakalimutan mo lang talaga?" he said.

"Ano nga yun? Paalala mo sa akin." I asked.

"You said that pwede na kitang simulan na ligawan, di ba?" he asked me.

"Hala? Kailan ko sinabi? Wala akong matandaan?" I asked sarcastically but to he honest... yes, allowed Jeffrey.

I tried to open my heart for possibilities again noong nasa lowest point na ako ng buhay ko.

I already wanted to kill myself back then and I was ready to die and leave this world and I don't want to open up my heart anymore to anybody else since they might not accept me...

But after ko ulit magising from the nightmare that I've encountered... nang magising ako sa hospital bed, I was about to cry but then may napansin akong letter na nakaipit sa kamay ko.

And noong mabasa ko 'yung letter that I was holding... It gave my life another meaning and thanks to that letter and to the person who gave it to me.

He said...

"Hi, Martin Ace, this is a letter that I hope you'll be able to read once you wake up. Ako 'yung nag donate ng dugo para sayo and guess what? Ikaw din ang nagdonate ng dugo sa akin before and hindi ko alam kung matatandaan mo pa ako. So, we now share the same blood! Haha! Just kidding! But if ever that you feel so down and ayaw mo ng bumangon, just always remember na may isa kang tao na tinulungang mabuhay from the verge of dying and it was me and I will be very grateful for that experience. I hope na hindi lang ako ang matulungan mo, but everybody else that will surely need you. So, don't stop living! Hindi ka pa pwedeng mamatay since magkikita pa tayo! So don't you dare die on me since magkadugo na tayo! Haha! See you soon and I'll always be your star that will guide you everywhere you go... —@ImyourStar

And because of his letter, @ImyourStar's letter, which I've never met in my life, the alien dude na nakakausap ko sa twitter, it gave me another reason to fight and to stand up.

Dahil sa kanya, lagi kong inaalala na may natulungan akong tao and I should not waste my life for something that will haunt me forever. Though the pain is still there... I'm just hiding it but I won't let it conquer my life once more. I'm done with all the f*cking drama that I've encountered.

I think it's time to give myself some love... and that's why I opened my heart... and now, Jeffrey's the first one to ask me... and guess who was next? It was Zeus. Haha! Yes, hindi ko na inisip 'yung friendship ko with Zeus will be jeopardized... but I wanted to try it as well with Zeus and see if it will work.

So now, It's Jeffrey and Zeus who's currently fighting for my heart. As for Lucas and Seph, kinausap na din nila ako and they said na tuloy pa rin daw ang laban nila... So I guess... back to normal ulit ang lahat? Haha!

Haha! Imagine, from being a straight guy na sobrang denial king... now, I admit that I'm not straight anymore. I guess it's a matter of acceptance for myself... But I'm still open for possibilities though... so I would say... I'm a Bisexual Fudanshi now? HAHAHA!

I thank all of my family and friends na hindi ako iniwan at my lowest point and sinigurado nila na I'll feel loved and important... As for my dad, Rence, I still can't forgive him but I'm teaching my heart to make sure na hindi na ako magtatanim ng sama ng loob but I won't be able to accept him in my life anymore. That's it!

I really had a long journey and dahil lang sa isang page ng yaoi manga, naging roller coaster ang takbo ng buhay ko, literally! Though, I had so much fun being a Fudanshi and hindi naman ako nagsisi.

Umalis na rin ako sa S.G.F.C. and that group was deleted. But... Jeffrey started a new group and it's now called "Fudanshi @ Heart" group and he's the leader. Siempre nandoon din ako and the other previous members of the S.G.F.C. and we started a new beginning as well.

And ayun, sa totoo lang, wala pa akong napipili sa mga manliligaw ko. Haha! But for now, I'll enjoy their company dahil I definitely know that they'll always make me happy.

And kapag nandoon na ako sa time na kailangan ko na ulit mamili...Bahala na si batman! Haha! And if may dumating na naman sa buhay ko... I'd say... Riot na naman ang kalalabasan. Haha! I can't keep up with 4 guys anymore! Maybe kahit isang babae sige pagbigyan natin! Haha!

Now... Jeffrey and I are at the airport and hinahanap namin si Zeus. While looking for Zeus, may napansin kaming parang pinagkakaguluhan ng mga girls... Maybe artista siguro?

"Nakita mo 'yun, Jeffrey? Para silang may dinudumog na tao doon. Baka artista? Puro babae eh." I asked Jeffrey.

"You want to check it out first? Kanina pa natin hinahanap si Zeus but hindi natin siya makita. Hindi nga din nagrereply sayo. So let's buy sometime... I guess it won't hurt him to wait for a little longer." Jeffrey said and laughed.

So, nilapitan namin 'yung dinudumog ng mga babae para malaman kung sino 'yun... and nang makalapit na kami... nagulat na lamang kami sa kung sinong "artista" ang dinudumog ng mga girls.

"Wifey! Help! Hindi ko alam paano ako aalis dito!"

It was f*cking Zeus na dinudumog ng mga babae! Biglang nagsitilaan ang mga babae lalo na nang sinabi ni Zeus ang word na "Wifey" dahil akala nila na baka isa sa kanila ang tinatawag. Hindi nila alam na it's me! Haha!

"Hayaan na natin muna siya dito, Jeffrey, tingin mo?" I asked Jeffrey.

"Baka matrauma si Zeus sa Manila." Jeffrey said and laughed.

Since wala na rin akong magawa and I had to take Zeus away from them kaya pumagitna na ko and I had to act that we're lovers.

"Oops... wait lang... dadaan ang Wifey niya. Excuse me po." I shouted.

Then, nanahimik bigla ang mga babaeng dumudumog kay Zeus at nakatingin na sila sa akin.

"Wifey, tara na, itago mo na ko." Zeus said.

"Wifey? Ano daw? 'Yung lalake ba 'yung tinutukoy niya na wifey?" I heard someone whispered.

And I thought na lalayuan na nila si Zeus... but I was f*cking wrong! Nagsitilian ulit sila! F*ck! Mga Fujoshi pala 'tong mga girls! I made the situation worse! Mygahd!

Then, biglang pumasok si Jeffrey... and... mas lalo niya pang pinalala! Mas naging excited ang mga fujoshi warriors! Hayst! Paano kami makakaalis dito! Mas lalo na kaming pinagkaguluhan!

"I have an Idea." Jeffrey whispered.

"Ano?" Sabay namin na sinabi ni Zeus.

"Kukuhain ko ang attention ng mga 'to, and once na maalis na 'yung tingin nila sa inyo, tsaka kayo tumakas. I'll be able to get out of here myself. Hintayin niyo na lang ako sa parking lot." Jeffrey said.

We waited for Jeffrey's move and ilang saglit lang, may isang babae ang namukaan si Jeffrey.

"Sir, Kayo po ba 'yung author na si Gonzo?" sinabi ng isang babae.

"Yes... I am." Jeffrey said and that's when he got the attention of all the girls dahil halos lahat ay nanghingi na ng autograph niya. "Now, run!" Jeffrey whispered and that's how Zeus and I managed to escape the horror!

"Grabe naman dito sa Manila! Iba naman 'yung bungad sa'kin! Napaka welcoming nila masyado!" Zeus said as we run to the parking lot.

"Oo, kaya kung ako sayo, lagi ka magtakip ng mukha dito kung ayaw mong pagkaguluhan ka! Masyado ka pa namang mapangakit!" I said.

"So, naaakit ka nga sa'kin!" Zeus asked.

"No... but just a little bit!" I ran and inunahan ko na si Zeus sa kotse ni Jeffrey.

"Halika dito, Wifey! Aakitin pa kita lalo!" Zeus shouted.

1 month after... again

It's the start of school year again... at ako na naman ang nahiwalay sa aming apat! Zeus, Chester and Harry are at Section 3 once more while I'm at Section 1. But good thing na classmate ko pa rin si Tara dahil may makakausap pa rin ako tungkol sa mga yaoi and BL needs ko. Haha!

I'm alone at the garden and I was just reading some yaoi manga at naguubos ng oras para sa lunch.

Phone beeping!

A notification popped up on my phone and it's coming from my Twitter app. It was a direct message from @ImyourStar. Madalas rin kami nagkakausap these days and from time to time. Since we're now like blood brothers so I became friends with him and to he honest, I haven't seen him in person at hindi ko pa siya nakikilala talaga. Jeffrey said though that he looks like a troublesome kid and mukhang bully but sabi niya, I might like him daw. Haha! Baliw!

I was about to type another message and that's when someone tapped my back. Pagkalingan ko...

"Hi, Ace. It's me @Imyourstar. Nice to meet you finally face to face." the guy said.

I looked at him and tama nga si Jeffrey, he looks like some sort of a troublesome kid with a handsome face but scary aura. Thick eyebrows, buzz cut hair... meaning semikal though bagay sa kanya, and he has this piercing at his left ear and one piericing at his left eyebrow and yes... He's another seme type of guy and guess what, he looks good and astigin type of guy.

Hindi ako nakapagsalita since nahiya ako sa kanya as he keeps on smiling at me na parang ang saya saya niya nang makita ako.

"Hello, I'm Martin Ace." I introduced myself even though

kilala niya na ako since I don't know his name yet.

"Hi, Martin Ace... I'm Astra." he said and gave me a smile.

Astra? I know I've heard his name somewhere before dito sa school, but hindi ko matandaan... Hmmm?

"Wait lang, Astra, okay?" I said with a sheepishly smile.

"Sure, I can wait. Dito lang ako." he said.

Lumayo ako ng kaunti from where Astra is standing and tinawagan ko agad si Tara...

Phone ringing!

"Yes, Ace? May problema ba?" Tara asked.

"Tara, may kilala ka bang 'Astra' dito sa school?" I asked.

"Astra? You mean 'yung guy with a scary aura but looks so damn good and may piercing sa kaliwang ear at eyebrow?" Tara asked.

"Oo, siya nga. Siya pala 'yung nag donate ng dugo sa akin. Do you know him?" I asked Tara once more.

"Ace!" Tara shouted with a very high pitched tone na pakiramdam ko mabibingi na ako.

"Bakit ka ba napasigaw?" I asked her.

"Ace? Seriously? Hindi mo kilala si Astra? Dito ka ba talaga sa school natin nag-aaral? He's the number one Alpha male sa school natin! I mean he's 'THE ONE' na kinatatakutan ng lahat but at the same time gustong maangkin! I mean there are four alpha males sa school, right? Si Lucas, Seph, Joker and the last one is Astra! My God, Ace! Seryoso ka? As in si Astra talaga 'yung kausap mo? Nobody can touch that guy! I mean kahit sino dito sa school takot sa kanya!" Tara continuously shouted.

"Parang... okay naman siya and he's smiling at me. Kinakawayan pa nga niya ako while I'm looking at him. Yeah he has this scary aura but I think he's really a kindhearted person I guess since nag donate siya ng dugo sa akin?" I said.

"Ace! Ikaw na! ikaw na talaga ang pinagpala sa lahat! Bakit pati si Astra inakit mo na rin! Seph, Lucas, Jeffrey and Zeus were already enough para maakit mo... Pero... hindi ako makapaniwala... that Astra is into you... Ace, saan ka ba talaga nagpapa hair extension? Doon na ako magpapaayos ng buhok! Ace... Contestant number 5? Hindi na yan kasya... Book 2 mo na si Astra!" Tara shouted.

"Baliw ka talaga, Tara! Anong book 2 ka dyan? Bahala ka nga sa buhay mo!" I exclaimed.

"But, Ace, just a piece of advice... Mag-ingat ka when you're with Astra. He's too dangerous to be with and he's a trouble-magnet." Tara said.

I looked at Astra as he smiles and waves at me.

Is he another headache?

Mygahd!

Astra's POV

There's a new guy in town... and the name is Astra.

Now that you know me, Ace... you're mine and I'll make sure to win your heart!
